Staff was nice and polite

Left with several bites on arms. I think there was bed bugs. Loud street noise

The bed was comfortable and clean.

The floor wasn't swept well. The shower head sprayed water on the wall .

The location was great. Close to restaurants and in town.

We had pre ask for 1st floor room non smoking. Desk lady said none were available and put us on second floor. We go to room and I open the door and first get hit in the face by cigarette smoke then see a ladies purse on the first bed then there is a person sleeping in the next bed. Thank god I hadn’t walked in. I close door and my husband goes back to the desk. The lady says it was supposed to empty. Then she says she has made that mistake before. WTH? I have never experienced this in all my travels. The person in the room was sleeping thank god. But it could have went badly in so many ways. It was late and we were very tired so then she gives us a room on the bottom floor, which at first she said none were available. So we go to it and got hit in the face with the smell of weed when opening the door. Room looked clean. Beds were horrible. We both sunk down in the middle of the bed. There are not inside chain locks on these room doors, so I was scared that she would make “another” mistake and give someone our room keys. I didn’t rest good all night here.

Beds were comfortable. We had enough pillows. The staff was good.
