This was a last min plan for just my husband my son and I and wow did we enjoy every min of it. The house was perfect. And the hot tub and fire outside my favorite. Can’t wait to rent again.

The house was beautifully decorated and the furnishings are high end and designed for comfortable living, and the view was spectacular. We chose to hang out at the house over the crowds in Gatlinburg, but it is a great location near the artists loop, orchards, and there are a few stores and restaurants nearby. We even saw a bear walking down the street our first morning there. Would love it if they had a gas grill, though they do have a charcoal just takes longer. I will definitely look to rent Bear Tracts again. It was first rate!

This property was in the perfect location. Not too far from Pigeon Forge and not far from downtown Gatlinburg. We loved that all the bedrooms were upstairs. The view is the best part of this place!! We even got to see a mama bear and 3 cubs right outside our front door!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The view was way above our expectations…so amazing! There were plenty of wonderful things to do around the area and we did take advantage of that. Free admission to some of the places was a huge plus for us! And we got to see some friendly bears up close and in person! Overall, this was an excellent place for us and we look forward to going back!

Baby cubs took one of my shoes and was playing with it one day, then another day we were in the hot tub and a bear walked right past us! My kids 6 and 3 loved it too. After we would go do an activity they would ask if it was time to go back to the cabin yet. There were lots of games to keep them busy. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience. The cabin was nice, the views were exceptional and the weather was perfect. Mama bear & 2 cubs made an appearance and then Papa bear an hour later one morning.

From the moment we made our reservation all the way through vacating the property at the end of our stay, the interaction with the owners was informative and spot on. The house was exactly as advertised with an amazing view, perfect amenities, and easy to find. It was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Thank you for a great experience! Loved this property! The views-AMAZING! Rental was super clean. One of the cleanest I’ve been to. Decor is very nice and upgraded. Love the outdoor area with very nice fire pit and patio furniture, night lighting, picnic table, and camping grill. Hot tub with a view is so relaxing. My kids and I personally love the swing looking directly at the mountains. Super cool. My kids and I also used the soaking tub with the Mountain View quite a few times. So nice. My family loved the pool table and arcade. Very nice touch for a family chilling in the cabin. It was nice to have the living space and all the games in same room. ( side note…. my husband (TVH) is an avid gamer and took the high score on Frogger on the arcade lol.Took him most of the week but he loved the challenge!) The drive up to cabin is not bad, just some sharp turns. Cobbly Knob is a nice area and the drive to Gatlinburg isn’t too far. Rooms are spacious. Very nice master bath with door to balcony. Loved the balcony for morning coffee. We sadly did not see any bears, but maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we hope/plan to come back here!! Thank you for sharing you wonderful place!! If I had any feedback (which does NOT change the 5 stars at all) are….maybe a bigger trash can in the kitchen, and the master bed/ pillows weren’t as comfortable as I had hoped.

We came to see bears but it was a little cold and a little early. We saw 1 bear just outside of town. We enjoyed this home with the amazing views. The house had everything we needed. Our teenager enjoyed her hot tub time. We would def stay here again. Very relaxing and wonderful place!!! We received lots of emails that explained everything to a T from the management company and that was super helpful.

The location was excellent - 25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge attractions. The route to the home was relatively safe and easy (not a treacherous climb). We were very glad we did not stay in downtown Gatlinburg, which we found to be overly commercial and lacking in natural/mountain charm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

We travel to Gatlinburg area literally 6 times a year and we normally stay 5-7 days each time. Cleanliness, location, parking, living space, bed comfort and community is always priority when searching for the perfect vacation rental. Thankfully this one checked all the boxes. This rental hands down was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. I always suspect that most companies cut corners when cleaning. I assure you this one is throughout. Cobbly Knob resort is close enough to Gatlinburg but comfortably tucked 15 minutes away. The area is secure thanks to 24/7 security team. We love that we had flat parking and the drive up wasn't too bad. Comfortable beds and a awesome hot tub with the best views around. Trust the pictures and trust this listing, we enjoyed it and I'm sure you will too.

We had such a wonderful time and stay! The views were absolutely amazing!! Watching the fog settle in on the mountains was a sight to see. We found the house to be super clean and very well stocked. Lots of towels, toiletries, and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home for a few meals. We had a really close encounter with a Mama bear and her 3 cubs the 2nd day so I was a little scared to use the hot tub and fire pit after that but I’m sure we would’ve enjoyed that too. They had no interest in us, it was just a fear of mine :) Lots of space for our family of 5 and could have easily fit 3 more people. Great location too, not too far away from downtown Gatlinburg but also not in the middle of the chaos. Next time we will bring our clubs and take advantage of the nice golf course. We would stay here again!

We were wanting to go hiking in the smokies and wanted a Mountain View that wasn't too expensive, and it had to have a hot tub. I have 2 adult boys, so we needed 3 bedrooms. When I found this one, I was skeptical because most of the time the pictures aren't what you get. Well, I have to say that the pictures for this cabin don't do it justice! The cabin was beautiful, and the views were just spectacular. Because of the trees on both sides of the cabin we were not able to see a sunrise or sunset but when the sun was rising the mountains captured the light and it was spectacular. The rooms were big and roomy and there was more than enough pillows and blankets. The nights were a little chilly but so comfortable for sleeping. The owners went above and beyond to keep us informed of the arrival and departure and the instructions for both were very detailed. We will definitely stay here again. Even my 2 adult sons were over the moon with the views. Got a wonderful picture of them in the swing as they were admiring the view!! Thank you for everything!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The only thing I can even say that was maybe a negative would be that the other cabins are a little close together. We felt like we didn’t have a lot of privacy outside even with the thin tree line between the cabins. Other than that everything was perfect! We even got to see the bear on the back porch one morning. Lol

The place is graciously equipped, and has an amazing mountain view. The place is relaxing.

This would have been a 5star review, but the high pricing vs older house didn’t quite match. It’s priced as 5star, but here’s what’s missing in our opinion. 1. No garbage disposal 2. No covered porch (stinks when raining) 3. Floors creak with every step. Hard to not wake up children. 4. Fans on medium or high will rattle and become so noisy you just have to turn them down/off. Other than that, views are tremendous and management of house was fantastic.
