I first want to say that I was scared after reading the reviews that I was staying in a bad area. I almost cancelled to stay somewhere else. I am So glad that I didn’t cancel. The neighborhood is fine, the neighbors are fine and keep to themselves. Don’t let that scare you. Now the house- it’s beautiful. My eight year old never asked for my phone- well maybe once. The pool was amazing and warm, which I loved, we all stayed in the pool. The game room was great for all ages 8-79. The Xbox was a hit. Kitchen and house have all the amenities you could need. Host is quick to respond to all messages. If you are staying for BMT graduation, it is so close to the house. My Son loved it and just relaxed and we ate there. There is a Walmart superstore close by for food shopping. All other stores aren’t far either. The only odd thing I can tell you and it could just be different rules in San Antonio is that dogs aren’t kept on leashes in the neighborhood. So if you go out later in the day there were two dogs that would chase my car down the street, so just be careful not to run the Over:)

The property and pool were fantastic, the surrounding neighborhood left a bit to be desired. But this was a very minor issue. Property was close to everything we wanted to do in San Antonio.

This was a wonderful property to stay at for our trip. Very well maintained home and the pool was the highlight for our kids. Very kid friendly and it had everything we needed. A lot of reviews mention the neighborhood, but we felt very safe and comfortable. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable with our young children. The house was awesome and if we make it back we would book again!

This house is even better in person than online. If you are looking for a perfect family get away, this is it. We will definitely be back again.

This is by far the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have really put extra thought into making your stay easy. With us being here in the summer, the pool was a big plus and the game room gave our kids an indoor activity. Very clean and comfortable home! We would stay here again.

This property had everything a family/group would need for a summer rental. I have rented a lot of properties over the years and this location was the best stocked one of them all - they even had a full spice rack! I would highly recommend this location for anyone, especially those traveling with kids. I think we spent more time in the game room and out in the pool than we did zipping around the city! This property is centrally located to everywhere you want to visit in San Antonio and the neighborhood is quiet. The home is lovely with space for everyone and we would definitely come back!

The house was very nice and the pool was our favorite part. There was a mix up on our end about the checkout date but owner seemed understanding and hopefully we didn’t cause them too much heartache but loved staying there and would stay again if they would have us :)
