Ron and his son were very nice and were easy to communicate with! It’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt welcomed like we did. It was very home like and great beach access. We loved the private beach because there weren’t many people and were able to enjoy it with our family and friends. Thank you!

Our stay was exceptional! We knew our stay was going to be short but it was just enough time to enjoy. We had enough room for our family at any given time. Loved being able to literally walk across the access road to the beach. We were able to use the shower just outside the house on site, we grilled, used the kitchen and other amenities with no issues. When we had to ask a question, the communication was a quick response and easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping us continue to create memories as a family!

First family vacation and it was amazing. Older home but had plenty of room and beach just out the back door with beautiful views. More silverware would have been nice but we made it work. Ron was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Would def stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. House was very accomodating for a family of our size! Very comfortable with beautiful views and direct access to the ocean. Definitely a memorable time with family enjoying game nights, smores with the kids at the fire pit while listening to the waves or just a lazy evening watching movies. We will be using Ron for future getaways!

Nice place to stay with plenty of beds & lots of bathrooms. Not the newest of fanciest house but nothing negative to say. The Sand road leading to the house should be noted in description. not fun on a motorcycle! haha

Very tranquil and relaxing. Wonderful location to watch the sunrise or the full moon. I enjoyed myself immensely.

We have several grandchildren that love the beach. We stayed here in 2022 and were glad it was available for this year's family gathering. We love the location. The owner is easy to work with and I'm sure we'll be returning.

The property manager was super nice, and it was great to be located so close to the beach. However, it was not clean! The pantry smelled so bad. The beddings and pillows in the closets smelled horrible. The couch and bed had stains.

My extended family of 6 adults and 5 children were very disappointed in the property. The entire house was very dirty, dusty and not well stocked as described. The bathrooms had mold along the tubs and bedding did not smell clean. The “games” and beach toys in the garage was not as described or missing pieces. Also, the private beach is next to the public beach which has numerous cars playing loud music past 11pm. DO NOT STAY HERE

We have a great family and needed a great place to get away! We found it!
The place was just right. It was clean, the AC was cold, the showers were hot, and the access to the beach was perfect! Even met Gage, the maintenance man who brought a brand new grill!
The owner was the most pleasant and accessible contact and was willing to bend over backwards to make things work to make our stay a success. He accomplished that!

We spent four nights here with our big family of 20 and had the best time! The house is in a great location and comfortably slept all of us! The house was clean and comfortable and the communication was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this again!

Property not being cleaned properly or kept up. Trash and junk onsite
Linens didn't fit bedding, sink stopped up every time used.
Location was great but house was not worth the rate paid.

This home was perfect for our yearly family (cousins getaway) of 12 with plenty more room. The home was equipped with everything you need. PLUS just steps away from the ocean you couldn’t ask for anything better. We will definitely stay again next year if available. Oh and Ron was more than welcoming with quick responses. Thank you!

My kids enjoyed being close to beach despite the weather conditions. Peaceful, love the fact Lifeguard lives next door. Great place for Bbq, nice view!

One of the full baths had a major creat in tub that rained water on lower access therefore unusable
Would be great to have a wider range of pots and cooking utensils for larger groups
Also good me brought plastic utensils as were not enough for our group of 20

The location & proximity to the beach were ideal. The home does need some repairs to flooring in living area, downstairs shower & refrigerator.

Really had a great time with this stay. Kitchen area a little small for large groups but we made it work. Room sizes were good. I think overall great value for being on the beach. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!! This house was perfect, we did not have to pack up our cars to drive to the beach. We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The deck was big enough to accommodate our family of 12. The house was equipped with bougie boards for the kids which they thoroughly enjoyed. The owner provide the combination for entry in a timely manner and answered all of our questions prior to arrival. We highly recommend renting this house for any occasion.

Being right on the beach and a short drive from the sea wall was exactly what we wanted.
There were a lot of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms.
And the owner was very communicative and accommodating.
I would definitely go back.

The house is in a great location. Right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of seven adults and seven teenagers/children.

Great for families
So close to the beach that you can sit on the deck and watch your family. Short drive to the seawall if you need groceries or want to eat out. No cars are allowed on the beach in this area. The house is basic, functional, and kid friendly. We had our seven grandchildren together for the first time. We're already thinking about next year. The owner and his son are very nice and easy to work with.

Great stay
We recently rented the beach house for 3 adults and 6 teenagers. Set-up was good for a group and the location was great as the beach was a few steps away and not crowded. Property manager was very responsive to quickly help with anything that was needed.

Family Fun
We had a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect for our group. Ron was awesome to communicate with, very prompt. Could not beat the view and access to the beach!! House was the most well equipped we have stayed in. Everything we needed for meals or fun on the beach!

Celebrating Milestones
We had such a great time! Our group was moms and sons who met in Cub Scouts and just finished 8th grade. The house was plenty big for our group. We could be all together and the boys could have their own space. The location was a very short distance to the water and we could see the boys from the house. Overall, amazing times at a great house!

Great beachfront property
We had a great weekend at this house. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the house was roomy and well stocked. We especially appreciated that there were plenty of towels for our group of 14, and that they had beach toys and boogie boards for us to use. It’s an older home that could use some updates, but we opted for a beachfront location over a fancier house. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again!
