We were all impressed with the size. Looking at the pictures, we thought the cottage was going to be a lot smaller, but it had a lot of room. Two bedrooms, a kitchenette, one bathroom, and a living room. The mud room was also a nice addition. It was perfect! The place was pretty clean overall. Some parts under the beds were dusty, but that wasn't really a problem. Everything else was clean. The service was very friendly and nice. It was a very sweet community. I would definitely use or recommend these quaint cottages again.

Quiet neighborhood. Conveniently close to the refuge and restaurants.

Jimmy worked hard to meet our ever need. Location is very central fir restaurants and getting to Assateague Island. Unit is basic with all the essentials, comfortable bed.

Stayed with our family, adorable little cottage. Has the amenities needed, quiet area, centrally located to center of town. Owner super friendly!

Great location and peaceful, comfortable, lovely cottage. Jimmy was incredibly helpful and offered a chair for the beach, a beach pass, was accommodating about pets and adding days to a reservation, and gave recommendations for local events. Wouldn't rent anywhere else in the future if possible!

Cozy cottage close to everything on the island. Very dog friendly. Jimmy was so nice, easy to reach by phone or text, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Owner/Manager was extremely nice. Place was clean and orderly. Neighbors during our stay were very friendly. Overall very pleased with our trip and stay while in Chincoteague.

Spent most of the week on the beach. Property is very convenient for beach life. All the basic needs available. Air conditioning, fridge, stove and microwave. Love the location and price.

Great location! Within walking distance of everything.

Very nice and well kept. The cottage is on the smaller size but bedrooms were decent size. Be sure to bring bed linens and towels. We had a wonderful stay and Jimmy was very helpful with local info when needed. The cottage is in walking distance to all kinds of shopping and close enough to the wildlife refuge to ride your bikes there.

Jimmy and his family are wonderful hosts! Nice people and a great place to visit. If you love good coffee stop in at AmaRin.

In hindsight, I’d choose one of the hotels (any of them) if coming to the island for vaca. Everything is close so this location was not any more convenient than another. This property is more of a rental apartment waiting for a tenant. It was not properly cleaned (it was dirty) or maintained although the owner was VERY helpful when it was brought to his attention and seems to be working on upgrades (the roof & HVAC were new) although the entire cottage needs an overhaul. The beds are full size, not queen as listed and you must bring your own linens (also not listed).

The property was very nice and clean. Just wished we had more than 1 channel on the tv. Owner was very nice and helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The place was very neat and very Clean!! I am kind of picky about that and had absolutely no complaints. We had our 30 pound Boykin spaniel with us and as the front porch was air conditioned, we were able to crate her there while at the the beach... We loved that the back yard was spacious and that a picnic table and grill was welcoming us as we pulled into a spacious front yard. Many sites were within walking distance. I did contact regarding needing bed linens and towels but we brought along even though we did not heaback in time of traveling. We are not tech savvy nor TV buffs which we shared with the owner, but having the Disney plus channel would also be a plus for those with kids. Hoping to come back next year!

This was a perfect little getaway. Had everything we could have needed for our stay on Chincoteague. Would highly recommend and would return for out next trip. Very quiet neighbor. Friendly staff. Nothing we needed was much further than a few minute walk or in some cases a few minutes drive. We had a great time.
