New apartments, clean, comfortable, fast internet 100mbits/s, had also tv with Netflix and capsule espresso coffee machine. The apartment was cleaned every day and the mini fridge was filled also by the staff with free refreshment drinks and water. The location was around 10 minutes from the center by foot. Finally, there were 6 parking slots that is a perk at Volos.

Very modern hotel with very good facilities in a quiet but conveniently located part of Volos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was large and very clean. The breakfast boxes were extremely good value and six different options were available that should meet most people's requirements.

Amazing stay in the middle of Volos yet on a quiet street. Walking to any place in Volos was maximum 15 minutes. Very big room, fully equipped with anything you need. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always available. In the room there is a coffee machine with which you can also make tea, and there is a stocked minibar which gets re-stocked, free of extra charge. Additionally, we had a bottle of wine gifted to us and a lovely hand-written welcome note. One more very important point, is very strong and reliable wifi connection, which doesn't log you out for your whole stay. It's the little details that make the difference. My family and I rented in total 4 rooms in this hotel, and we were all more than pleased with our stay there.

Location to center within walking distance. The entire team was very professional. Large room and modern bathroom with all toiletries included. Mini bar included water bottles and refreshments as a courtesy at no charge. Krups coffee station fully stocked including tea and milk. Thank you Urban Living!

The property was modern, clean and had really nice staff.

It isn’t very sound proof so I was in the first floor and you could here everything that was happening downstairs in reception and you could here people walking upstairs and kids screaming all day long.

The room was quite cold in general. Although the heating was working properly, the bathroom in particular was always too cold for me. Perhaps a separate heating source for the bathroom would be a thing to consider.
