Three generations enjoyed a wonderful long weekend away in this beautiful home. The space was spotless and had everything we could possibly need!

Loved the look, and location of the home. Just need to make certain things are taken care of before another guest loses the food they put in the Refrigerator. We will just call in a storage bin for now. The rest of the home was fantastic. I would recommend this home.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions. Great location. Nice floor plan and house is well stocked with everything you might need. Would highly recommend.

This home is gorgeous but there are a few issues in the kitchen that need attention. I had read about issues with the oven so wasn’t surprised when we could never get it to come up to temperature. More upsetting was the $300+ of groceries that we couldn’t use because the fridge never got cold enough. We were there over New Year’s weekend with eight of us in attendance, and our New Year’s dinner of ham, scalloped potatoes, veggies, along with the rest of our food, ended up being inedible. I connected right away with a Vacasa representative and have submitted copies of our grocery receipts, but have only been offered $200 for our trouble. Would love to stay at this property again but not with these issues still unresolved. The customer service reps I did speak with were very attentive but would appreciate a swift resolution.

House was clean, welcoming, and easy to access. Lots of toys, books, and care items for our two little ones. The view and the light were stunning. We just had the best time!

This house is beautiful and well equipped. And WOW what a view! We had amazing weather. Perfect for taking a walk on the promenade, which is literally just steps from the front door. Perfect location if you want to take in activities in town. Having two separate areas for relaxing and watching TV was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is the oven. But there was a note explaining that it was touchy. So you had a heads up. You thought of the kids. Plenty of unbreakable cups, plates, bowls…. A pack n play and high chair, toys and an adorable bedroom geared toward children were provided. Very appreciated. I would have given 5 stars but the beds and pillows were not good for me. That’s not to say they weren’t good, just way too soft for my liking. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. I have to add that I did need to get ahold of Vacasa for a couple of small things and they were great!

Wonderful home...clean, spacious and well equipped. The location on the promenade was so pleasant...and we liked that it was a ways away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful.

This home is located on the Promenade in Seaside, walking distance to restaurants, shops, downtown, and the beach itself. The home is beautiful, new, and has everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Highly recommend!

I rented this house for a girls weekend getaway. It was the perfect location to walk to town and had the most beautiful view and great beach access! We were blown away by how well-appointed the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. The whole house was very clean as well! I'd definitely rent this house again.

This home was perfect. The location and views, close to the beach and downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you might need. There were lots of games, puzzles and books. There were lots of things for the kids to do as well. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very clean and the fenced yard for the dogs was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property for the family to come relax at. Short walk to town and beautiful views from. The living room if you don't want to go anywhere. We had a great time!

Beautiful, open and spacious

The location of this house is wonderful if you don’t want to get in your car till it’s time to go home. The house is beautiful and well stocked. There are quite a few stairs so be mindful of that . The listing and photos and 3-d tour are very accurate. The grass was nearly dead after a long hot summer but I’m sure it will rebound. The largest bed size is queen which isn’t large for us. I’d rather a bigger bed and not two night stands in the master. I would recommend highly to others if they can make due with the beds. Would definitely return if they make that change. We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location--walking distance to downtown and located on the beach. Love that they provide a range of small appliances; good kitchen knives; pots and pans of all sizes matching dinnerware and glassware and a variety of bakeware. Love that the gathering rooms are so open and spacious!! Fenced yard for the pup to play while we bbq and enjoy the wrap desk.

Wonderful place!! Had great weather everyday! The upper deck was our favorite place to relax. Very roomy. We had 20 people over for dinner one night. Definitely would be back!

Very clean home. The balcony allows you to see a 180 degree view of the ocean. We all had a great time in a great home.

We enjoyed 8 lovely days at this property. The home is beautiful and spacious. My son in law worked online while we were there and there was l plenty of room. We also had a 6 month old and 3 month old. Everyone was very comfortable. I already miss the view from tbe 2 nd level and sitting out on the porch watching the Ocean and Seaside life walk by.

This is a brand new home built on the promenade oceanfront of Seaside, Oregon. Of the houses along the promenade this is the newest home and the nicest of all the places you could rent. It was exceptionally nice and well appointed with every convenience you would want. The house also had a fenced in yard and the owner accepts dogs. It is also only steps away from the beach and only 5 walkable short blocks to Main Street in Seaside. They have many restaurants and an aquarium close by. A nice 9 hole golf course is 1/2 mike away. Inside the home they have toys, games, books and 2 large smart TVs. I definitely recommend this home. You will not be disappointed.

Four of us were traveling from the East coast to meet up with 2 more that live near Seattle. Seaside seemed to be a perfect town for us and we loved the photos of the home. Rented- flights booked- done! The home was everything we needed plus some. So well equipped with games, puzzles, every kitchen appliance and gadget needed, plus baby gates, etc. I quickly fell in love with what we named “the reading nook” on a comfy chaise. We watched movies and explored GOONIES and Free Willy sites, hiked near Echola and of course visited Haystack Rock. I had 7 glorious days with my husband, our two adult children and their significant others plus one grand pup. We cuddled up in blankets and watched the rain- we cooked fresh seafood and listened to music on all of the tech gadgets. **we are from the Deep South (Georgia) where summer temps and humidity are brutal so I was quite worried about the absence of AC, which we know is common in the PNW. Luckily, in May we didn’t need it. We needed sweatshirts and raincoats. But the days when the sun appeared, it was breathtaking to watch sunsets from the top balcony. This home will forever and always hold a special place in our heart as it was our first official family vacation of 6 adults! I would not hesitate at all to recommend to all ages! The ONLY concern (if elderly or struggle with steps) is that the main living, kitchen, are upstairs. But, the photos and descriptions clearly depict all of that well in advance.

This home is well appointed, with everything you will need for a weekend away. New furnishings and all the kitchen gadgets/beach chairs/kid items you can think of. Top that with an exceptional view- it’s simply a perfect home.
