Everything was nicely laid out. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Access in and out of the location was great. The neighborhood had plenty of amenities. Grocery store below property.

The unit was as described. Very well kept and clean throughout. The parking, however, was an issue for a non-Minneapolis native. The ramp that is under the building is extremely over priced and I felt that the partnership with the ramp/building was poor on this front. There are better options very near the location that would suit most people better. I parked in the ramp for check in, not realizing that the "validation" tickets that Sonder was to provide were worthless for shorter term parking. There is no "in-and out" privilege, so you have to pay for each period of time from re-entry. It was $7 for the first hour. I left for dinner and returned to the same ramp (hoping Sonder would provide a replacement ticket for the overnight, and then I would move the vehicle to a more economical ramp). They were slow to respond, very unhelpful, and I ended up going over the 1 hour, which triggered a $20 charge for the 1-2 hour time frame. I am partly to blame of course, but I feel like the listing should explicitly direct parking elsewhere if they cannot arrange a more favorable partnership with the building/ramp for their short term guests. I was directed to the parking company for a credit. Nice unit, not so nice service and communication, parking aside.

This was so perfect- why stay at a hotel when we get all of this at our finger tips- I would highly recommend for families with students at the university

We loved the place. We had an issue with the key codes to get in the apartment. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise it was fantastic.

We had great time staying at Sonder at East End. Our apartment was clean, so specious. Bed were very comfortable and complimentary coffee/cappuccino/latte machine was absolutely delicious. It was only 4min walk from the museum, Starbucks and Trader Joe's was downstairs. Highly recommending this place.

Very convenient location, parking & access. Comfortable accommodation-comfortable beds are a must for me & they are. Only suggestion to owners, please add more kitchen items - baking items, entertaining platters/bowls.

We had a great time in this Sonder unit. The location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. It was fun being able to see US Bank stadium out the window.
The building felt very secure. Just read directions closely, it’s all there!

I’ll start by saying overall I would stay here again. It met the basic needs and the space was nice, especially for a family of 5.
However as someone who owns their own rental, it was lacking a bit.
When we first got there, we found a bread clip and multivitamin in the master bed. It makes me feel like they just remade it versus actually cleaning it. We also found dirty silverware in the drawer.
The linens were the bare minimum. I was blown away how thin they were for Minnesota. This is from someone who lives in Alaska. The down comforter was basically a sheet. There were also no extras.
We know this because and my two sons (13&1) and I got the stomach flu. I was able to make it to the bathroom, my boys were not, before projectile vomiting. They were helpful in getting us more linens and trash bags for the soiled ones.

The location of this property was perfect for us. Close to the football stadium and it was easy to walk around downtown Minneapolis. Also very close to the light rail for easy transportation. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for check in, parking, etc.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The check-in process was simple, the property was perfect, in the location could not have been better. You were only five minutes walking distance from the light rail. There is a Trader Joe’s next-door and Lime bikes are everywhere for you to get around town. Minneapolis is a great cycling city when not covered in snow. I would highly recommend this property based on its location, it’s comfort, and amenities

The price, location, spaciousness, onsite amenities and ease of check in outweigh minor maintenance issues and lack of inand out parking onsite. I ended up parking down the street for half the price.

The Sonder at East End 2BR/2BA we stayed in for a mother-daughters getaway was absolutely perfect! The building is beautiful, the apt is spacious with great views and plenty of space. The workout room and pool/lounge area were also wonderful, and the self serve coffee bar in the lobby was a welcome bonus. The location is extremely convenient- above a Trader Joe’s where we bought food to make breakfast and Starbucks are just below us in the same building. US Bank stadium and the Guthrie theater, River walk along with tons of restaurants are all within walking distance. Check in & checkout were a breeze! Parking was $20/24 hrs but very easy, safe and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had trouble with check-in as our keypad code didn't work to unlock the apartment door. We got into the building, but couldn't get into our rental.
Because Sonder is not located in the building (you have to call or text them through the app for help), we had to reach out for help. After about 20 minutes on chat/phone, we finally got in.
The apartment is quite large and the two bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the apartment. While there was enough detergent for both the laundry and dishwasher, there was insufficient supply of toilet paper and paper towels for being there a week. The towels and sheets were of ok quality and quantity.
The wifi was not fast enough to work remotely so we were told to reset the power to the router to improve it. Fortunately that worked.
The furniture, while modern, is worn and/or not super comfy and there is minimal seating.
The pool is nice and the gym is adequate for a week visit.
The apartment is in a great location - Above/near a Trader Joe's, Jimmy John's and Starbucks. You're within walking distance from the Mill Museum, the Guthrie Theater, the Mississippi River, US Bank Stadium, and the Light Rail.
Overall, it's a great place to stay in the city for a visit.

Great location, very clean, and functional (above a Trader Joe’s). One bedroom was near a busy/loud street, the master bedroom was quiet. Parking in the garage below the building is expensive $60/24 hours.

The apartment is in a great location. Parking is very convenient. Beds are comfy and lots of storage. Lots of great outdoor space. We were there to care for our daughter who had surgery and the kitchen is not really equipped for a lot of cooking. But probably most people wouldn’t care about that.

Great location for Prep Bowl at US Bank Stadium. Loved having the Trader Joe's downstairs. Apartment had everything we needed to cook meals there.

Really enjoyed our stay here, clean and lots of amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Easy access to the building and so convenient to be near Trader Joes and get groceries, making it an affordable location, plus access to so many great restaurants.

Amazing location, wonderful amenities
We couldn’t have enjoyed this rental any more. We were able to walk to a twins game. We grabbed many meals from Trader Joe’s downstairs and enjoyed them in our room. We also used the pool and shuffle board most evenings after exploring the city. Parking, check-in, and checkout were super easy.

This was a great spot to stay for a spring break get away to MOA with the family. Super clean, fast response by Sonder with questions, easy check in, check out. Would definitely stay at another Sonder location.

The apartment was fantastic. It was perfectly located a block from the metro station for an easy commute to the Conference center. Whole Foods is attached to the building for easy access to groceries. Beautiful restaurants close by. The apartment was spacious and super comfortable. Highly recommend
