Place was great. Instructions were clear and we enjoyed our stay. We did find mouse droppings in the smaller bedroom - you may wish to have that looked at.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We found the property to be private, comfortable, and clean. The hot tub, fireplace, and BBQ were a really great bonus to have and enjoy. Be sure to visit the shops and restaurants on Derby Road, which is close by. We had great communication with the host/property manager. It was our first time visiting Bay Beach, Crystal Beach, and we will definitely be back next year.

Great place, perfect location. We walked to the beach and around town all day/ everyday. Kitchen was well stocked, appliances worked great, hot tub and patio were amazing. We would love to come back next year.

Even though there were some issues that could not be resolved during our stay, the host was very accommodating, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

We had a great stay in this little house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the beds were comfortable, and the place was modern/clean. I really loved the hot tub and back deck area. The neighborhood is cute and walkable.

for different reasons, we each needed a getaway from life. Although just one night, staying at your place met the goal. Wish we'd had longer!

Everything at this property is exactly as described with easy access to the beach and all the shops/restaurants in Crystal Beach. Once we were there, we really didn't need the car for anything. There is also a brand new gym around the corner that offers day-passes for anyone who likes to mix in some exercise with their stay.

Property was very clean, hosts answered quickly and were flexible for our check in and check out times which was perfect! Perfect for a romantic getaway! One thing to note (not the hosts fault at all) but this area has a lot of spiders, around town but as well because the backyard is surrounded by trees. Maybe not be a huge issue for most but if you have a fear of spiders this area might not be for you!

Property pictures are accurate. Owner was easy to communicate with. Short walk to the beach. Property was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfy.

A few things to know. Seating for meals is a bit awkward if four will be dining. Only two chairs, or three counter height—but 2 spaces . The fenced yard is all deck. BBQ and hot tub were lovely. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher— bedroom w/ queen bed is small— can’t walk around bed. Beaches indicated in book as dog friendly are all posted no dogs. We had a nice time but these things were a bit of a surprise to us.

My family loved this trip. This home was a perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 young kids and is a short walk to the beach. Very clean, comfortable environment, felt private even with surrounding homes. Dishes, cutlery, pots, bowls all provided. Plenty of towels and linens. Even provide slippers and family board games. Nice extras with the hot tub, washer/dryer and bbq. Welcome binder was helpful for getting to know the home and area. Cannot wait to stay again!

This property listing gave "too good to be true" vibes, but it really IS 'as advertised'!! The place is cozy and CLEAN. Small but perfectly laid out. Everthing works and they thought of so many little things to make the stay more enjoyable. The beach is close and lots of stores and restaurants close-by too. We were out a lot so didn't use the hot tub but it's large and nestled in a corner, ready for use with simple cleaning instructions. We used the BBQ a great deal - all utensils and serving dishes were provided. Pet friendly property! We went with our two cats and all was well. The owner/property manager was accessible and responsive the entire time, even checked in to make sure all was well, at one point. Overall, we had an amazing stay for the week and have added this property as one of our favourites.

Stayed with my wife, our 6 month old and our dogs. Really liked the place & the hot tub. The location is fantastic - short walk to erie rd. to pick up any meal. Also, for the dogs, really liked that there's a bunch of green space nearby on Erie rd. Valumart/LCBO are within a very short 4-5 min drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and in Crystal Beach.

Fabulous location! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We were able to hear the waves at night. Super comfy beds and the hot tub was great. Be sure to read the information booklet on the counter so you know where everything is and how things work. Great communication before, during and after our stay!

The cottage was beautifully decorated, small and cosy, with everything we needed. Both beds were extremely comfy. The hot tub was perfect. Crystal Beach is a delightful place, and it was just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, cafe and beach. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it and come again ourselves.

A great spot if you are looking for a quiet, cozy getaway at Crystal Beach. Everything (restaurants, shops, beach) all within 10-15 minute walking distance. The backyard was great for a couple lazy Summer evenings.

My group loved it! everything was clean, TONS of natural light, and the owners were extremely helpful! great location, and an overall great experience! whoever left a 1 star clearly did not look at this property in depth. Yes it's small, but they could've looked at google maps for an accurate size. my group adored everything about this property!

Nice little place to relax for a long weekend with family. Close to restaurants.

Overall we loved the backyard and hot tub the most. The cottage was cozy but suited our needs (family of 4). We enjoyed the fire place as well. Close drive to Niagara falls.

Inside was clean with necessities (towels, cutlery, utensils, cleaning equipment etc) Outside was not well kept - leaves everywhere, yard not well maintained but then again 98% of the houses in the area itself was poorly - if maintained, at all. Internet really sucked. Netflix kept loading majority of the time. Downloading anything was a pain so we just didn’t. The pictures DO NOT show a true depiction of the size of the cottage. The bedrooms both consist of double beds (mattress size) with little to no room space. Only one of these rooms (which are adjacent to each other) had a tv in it and this was deemed the master bedroom. Bathroom was decent, however, it was adjacent to one of the bedrooms and you will have to walk through the kitchen/dining area to get to it. The footage itself was roughly 10 metres by 5 metres. The shower was really low and over 6 ft you might have to bend in there. Again, the linens and inside was clean but the space and convenience was a disappointment. The beach is NOWHERE near the property. False advertisement. The backyard was nice but filled with leaves even before we got there. Lots of leaves. I’d assume you would at least clean it up before someone came to stay, despite it being autumn. We know leaves are falling but to see the pile up in the front and back showed us that not much was done for our arrival.

Absolutely adorable, modern, cozy getaway . We loved the space, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect end to an evening. We stayed in the off season (October), and found the town and stores to be quaint. Our little one loved the playgrounds and playing at Crystal Beach as well. Contactless check in, and location were both convenient. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. It was worth the drive, would recommend !

Finally getting a chance to give my review... We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our family of four loved the perfect amount of space, bedding was great and this house had everything you could need! Super stylish and modern decor and accents, amazing location. We walked to the beach and to restaurants every night. Very cute little beach town. The beach passes were included and we could not believe how nice and clean the beach was! no rocks in the area Bryan was awesome to deal with , very responsive , friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved this house and neighborhood. Highly recommend !
