The VRBO app caused a small mixup with the property being blocked off, but the landlord was super chill about it! A great place to stay, with plenty of space and near all of the Cincinnati sights!

My stay was pleasant. I stayed there alone, as a woman, and felt company at ease and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Close enough to Cincinnati, but far enough out to relax away from city. Parking is always a concern of mine and parking wasn't an issue here, I parked in the street and there was ample spaces available.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was exactly what we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location to attractions. Nothing fancy, but had all the essentials.

Booked the apartment for attending concerts in Cincy. The location was very close to the venues, and easy to get to and from. Derek responded quickly with questions and was very helpful.

Nice little apartment in a very quaint and safe neighborhood. Host was accommodating and the apartment was clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Cincinnati area.

Darrick is an excellent host that will go out of his way to accommodate anyone’s needs. He really helped out my uncle who was staying a few months while house hunting. Could not recommend enough!

Wonderful time. Beautiful facility and amenities. Clear, everything was in working order, with tons of extras that made our stay so enjoyable. Owner was extremely, helpfulm courtious, and professional. Higly recommend staying here!

Stayed at the property back-to-back weekends for graduation. Very convenient to family. The unit was nice and clean although would suggest a grab bar in the shower. Will definitely stay again.

We were shown apartment one on ground floor but when we got there it was apartment four upstairs no elevator. Neither of us is able to walk stairs with suitcases but managed. Bed was hard and lumpy. Couch was way too soft-sat practically on the floor

Derrick was a super host. He met us and informed of us for TV, locking door, etc. Kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed to prepare meals for my family. We most certainly recommend this property and will certainly come back to stay here when we visit our family in Lockland.

Property is in good conditions, and pictures are accurate. Bed is comfortable, and Darrick even put in a pole lamp in the living room to improve the lighting there. Location is excellent, and area is walkable and near good restaurants. No issues.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was so peaceful. And all the people we met were extremely nice. I would definitely love to stay again.

Amenities were a little light. No hairdryer, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels for a five night stay.
No kitchen towels or cloths to sufficiently dry dishes and clean off kitchen table.
All in all, the rental was comfortable. No major issues to speak of.

Just what we needed for our stay. Lovely neighborhood and very convenient to all we were going to do. The property is very well kept up and, as older folks, appreciate the first floor location and the few steps to the building.

This property is totally awesome and makes you feel like you're home. It has everything you need for a short stay or something a lot longer. Derrick, the host, makes the stay 110% better. He is amazing and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you have a great stay. I only want to stay there now when I'm in town. I believe anything else would be a disappointment.

Darrick met us, helped us get in and show us how to use the TV. It is a clean unit in a very nice neighborhood. There are 6 steps to get up to the unit. Kitchen is adequately furnished, but no dish washer. We slept well in the queen bed. There is a train track close, but nothing loud enough to bother us. The kitchen area and bath have 3-prong plugs but the other areas only have 2-prong plugs. I had an adapter, so it was not a problem. .

Darrick’s place is our favorite place to stay when we visit family in the area. We have stayed here many times and love to return…it feels like home. Well equipped, clean, easy walk to downtown Wyoming. We will be back.
