Our family of 5, with 3 small children, decided to stay here for a combination work trip/family getaway. The location was very convenient, and the house worked perfectly for our family. Our kids loved kicking the soccer ball in the backyard, and we even had some nice conversations with the neighbors. We would definitely stay at this property again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Exactly as described. A cute little house and perfect size for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and the location isn't too far from downtown at all. Lastly beds were very comfortable!!!

All good. A few questionable people on the street but overall safe.

The property was very well kept and organized well. The only issue we encountered was the lack of parking with the street parking only. Other than that I believe the host and the property earn a 5 star rating.

Great home, very clean and convenient for our needs. We enjoyed having a fenced in yard for our toddler. The host was very communicative and the check in process was a breeze.

We had a great stay at Tia's. The house was exactly as described in the listing and very close to everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here if we visit Indianapolis again!

Beautiful house and a perfect distance to our event. We had an issue and they were super responsive.

I will preface this by saying I did not contact the property management company about our issues - mainly because we were working the whole time and were really busy. To start, whoever did this renovation should be ashamed - the kitchen slopes down, the stairs to the upstairs cannot be up to code because they're very steep almost to the point of being a ladder, and the upstairs is also sloped in a different direction from the kitchen. The temperature in the house is also bizarre and the vent near the dining table is filthy. It was really really hot downstairs and pretty freezing upstairs. They also had these weird mattress pads on the bed that were plastic so they made a noise every time you moved and also made it even hotter to sleep on them because they were plastic. The TV did not really function properly - all we could pull up to watch was reruns of The Price is Right and Cheaters. They claim this is in Fountain Square, but it seemed a bit dicey where the house is located. it's definitely on the outer rim of Fountain Square. In terms of cleanliness - we found a half eaten Kit Kat in the stovetop and long hairs in the master bedroom. The towels are ridiculously thin and small and they had zero products in the showers to use when showering. They did have hairdryers that were attached to the wall, a la Super 8 Motel - so there's that! We would not stay here again and we travel to Indy frequently for work.

The house is cozy and exactly what we needed! We all enjoyed our spaces and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Property was perfect! It had everything as described. I'd recommend for anyone staying for a a day or two in Indianapolis. Host was responsive for the entire trip and very accommodating.

Communication was excellent. House was perfect for a couple of days stay. Only downfall was the house was cold and so were the showers. Even the first person to shower felt the temperature didn’t get hot enough. Otherwise, it was very nice and clean.

Would stay again. Pretty well stocked for my liking but some friends thought more coffee would get 2 thumbs up. If there were extra blankets for the pull out couch we couldn't find them. That was uncomfortable for one of our guests. There are plenty of throw blankets for back up.

Neighborhood was cute and quiet. House was super cute and clean! We had a great weekend in Indianapolis catching up with friends!

House is cute, very clean and well stocked. Small backyard with a table and chairs was nice to hang out at. Neighborhood is a little sketchy- there were police cars roaming around at night, but it was quiet at night. I appreciated the alarm system in the house - it beeped if the doors opened. I would stay here again.

This was an amazing property. The house is so cute ☺️ It looked exactly the way it was listed. Stayed there with my adult children and their significant others and it was perfect. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Little skeptical about location when we arrived but turned out to be nice quiet little area. Stayed one night to attend U of L football game and it was very close to the Stadium and downtown. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Didn’t need to ask host for anything. Everything from easy check in to check out was well managed ☺️

Stay was good. I do have a suggestion, you need a handicap grab bar in the downstairs bath. Our friiends have physical issues and it was a major problem for them

Had a quick overnight stay. Everything was as it should be! Roomy for four adults, clean and quiet.

Easy to get to and nice accommodations. Everything was as described and street parking was not too difficult to find.

The house was nice but not in a very nice neighborhood. A lot of things were out of owners control- a loose dog running up and down the street chasing our family, construction workers showing up at 6am working outside right next door & waking us up & a birds nest in the window AC unit accompanied with lots of noise. We ended up leaving after one night of our three night stay. The final straw ended up being the upstairs shower leaking through the floor and dripping on the stairs. Like I said the house was nice but it just made sense for our family to leave early & find other arrangements.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house . It was very clean and organized. There was extra supplies of everything if we needed it. Check in process was very easy. We definitely recommend the house if you are staying in Indy for a few days.

The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. My children run around barefoot and to my surprise it is clean. The location is close to McDonald’s and Kroger. You can see that the neighborhood is expanding.

When we arrived the home was exactly as expected! It is a charming home in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful front porch and shade trees. The house was super clean, comfortable beds, simple, modern decor. If I had to find anything to say negative the only thing I would be able to say is I don’t like on street parking but that is just a personal preference. We had two vans in our party and were always able to park directly in front of the house!

My wife said the house was so cute. It was a very good stay, and it was excellent communication from the host.

We were literally on our way to the property and I got a message our booking was cancelled. The person from the property management company apologized profusely, but that did us no good. We are on vacation and had to come up with hundreds of dollars immediately to find somewhere else to stay. Stay away from this company with that kind of incompetence! The least they could have done was offer another available property to us, but I guess with their level of incompetence that would have been too complicated.

Hous.e was amazing, clean and beautifully decorated. It also had a nice front porch and nice fenced in backyard.
