I loved the location as I was there for conference at Conventional Centre. Also there was so many restaurants and stores nearby. It was around 10 min walk to bus station, so I didn´t have to worry about being late for my bus to the airport. I loved how coffe, tea and some hot chocolate was waiting for me there to be drank. The bed was wonderful, and warm blanket was waiting in the cabinet so I didn´t have to be worried about being cold at night. My room had many storage places, tiny fridge and also iron, it was nice touch. And the lady Tabs - wonderful person, I am really glad that I met her, she was so nice to me and understanding, she made me comfortable during my stay here, it was very nice from her.
The only thing that I didn´t like was that I have to leave. I really enjoy staying there, watching thunderstorm from my window in the evening with cup of hot chocolate being wrapped up into warm fluffy blanket. Thank you for making my trip better.

Very central location. The room was very cozy. The owner was very helpful. The room had everything you needed.
The Wifi was not the greatest and would cut out. Could not plug in the little fridge due to the plug socket being broken.

Breakfast was not included but was only £10 extra. I opted out and walked an easy 8 mins to main shops & coffee shop.
Location was fantastic for the convention centre. I could literally walk out the door, cross the road and was there. I could clearly see the bedroom window from the entrance to the convention centre.
The bed mattress and pillows could have been better. No little bottles of shampoo or conditioner provided, but wouldn't hesitate book again for the great price and ease of convenience.

Fabulous location for Harrogate Convention Center. Despite proximity to road and busy areas it was an incredibly peaceful place to stay.

Location was perfect for the conference centre and also within easy distance of the train station.

The property is lovely, excellent value for money and has such a wonderful calm energy. A delicious fresh cooked breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location for exploring Harrogate on foot. I would definitely book to stay here again.

The proprietor was very helpful and provided on-street parking discs where necessary. Many thanks :) The bed was very comfortable (medium/hard) and a good choice of pillows. Overall clean and tidy and plenty of space and sockets for laptops/charging etc. Good sized desk for catching up on a bit of work. Location superb - directly opposite the convention centre. I did not sample the breakfast or use the TV so I cannot comment on those.
The chairs are a bit old and worn out and some very slight mold in the bathroom/windows in some places but nothing really to worry about. I did think it a bit pricey but then I did leave it rather late when booking. So all minor points really.

Nice and quiet location near the town centre, everything was spotlessly clean, Tabs was a lovely host who respected social distancing whilst ensuring I had all I needed, the breakfast was superb.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Tabs is a very friendly and welcoming host. Met us on arrival, gave great advice for getting around the town and information on places we wanted to visit. The location is great for an easy 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks Tabs.

Ticked all the boxes - comfy beds, good bedding, nice big towels, spotlessly clean. Lovely host and smashing breakfast were a bonus. No outside noise, possibly because our room was at the back. Free parking pass provided.

The hotel was in a good locstion a few minutes walk from the centre of town lotd of places to eat .the hotel was very cosy clean , teas and coffee ,water all in your room cumfy bed.
Snow. And cold wind..hurried back to hotel.

Staff very charming and helpful. Location excellent. Bed nice and comfortable. TV worked and also had radio. Room well appointed. Tea and coffee laid out well. Good quality towels and fittings in the room.
Breakfast. Please offer at least one really good quality cereal (like the 'Dorset' range). Happy to give more feedback directly to proprietors.
