Great location and a short walk to many destinations in Auburn and AU. The complex was calm and quiet. The room was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The owner was gracious and very easy to communicate with via text.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi would not work for us while we were there. The owner attempted to help us, but it is something difficult to resolve from a different location. The correct Wi-FI was not showing up as an available option for the room. My husband was able to go somewhere nearby and use their Wi-Fi for a work meeting. We were not able to watch TV. Not being able to use the Wi-Fi while we were there was not really a problem for us, but worth noting if it is a must for other travelers. I suspect any issues will be resolved by the owner prior to the stay of the next guests.

I loved the home like feel of it! The host already had Apple TV as well as all streams logged in. The area was perfect I was in the middle of everything and only like 2 minutes away from where I had to take my exam!

I thought there would be a full kitchen. Other than that everything was perfect

Great location downtown and easy to get any where around the University.

Right next to a train track. Trains came through up to three times during the night.

Wish place had one more comfortable chair .

-PERFECT location. Close walking distance to Toomer's Corner, Campus, Jordan-Hare, Auburn Arena + other restaurants etc. -Easy check-in process, great communication and website, Extremely responsive throughout our stay. -The place was spotless and well-appointed -Comfortable bed and updated furniture

-Do have to warn that there is a loud train that goes by at least a couple of times at night. We sleep well and get back to sleep quickly but would highly recommend ear plugs for this location. -Charging a forced $20/night for insurance in the off-season seems high. Give us the option to add a refundable deposit. My wife and I were barely in the room and we have to pay this additional fee for an insurance I am not going to use.
