Jazz Sharks Bay is an amazing hotel.
Mohammed Ali the general manager was very professional and
accommodating and went out his way to make our stay perfect. The reception team, especially Mahmoud, were friendly and helpful and understanding of anything we needed. the housekeeping team were amazing, our cleaner and his Supervisor Abdul Moneim were outstanding and the rooms were always spotless and I loved the towel art on the bed.
The entertainment team, Pano and Zayn made our holiday, they were fun, got the guests involved in activities and it was great to have some music around the pool that catered for all age groups and wasnt too loud. i am a regular traveller to Sharm El Sheikh and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in.

The towels wasn’t clean the stuff wasn’t helpful and not experiencing at all doesn’t know anything no one even tried to handle me or apologize while i was mad about them

Food and snacks were perfect, pool was good, beach was perfect for snorkeling, perfect for weekends.
Reception staff during check out, kept us waiting for 1 hour although they were doing nothing.

the food is good and open buffet filled with food varities- rooms are clean - most of facilities available- feeling comfort in ur stay and lights of hotel give positive vibes .. i enjoyed the stay
the staff needs to be more friendly and helpful - the drink machines have issues so need to be concerned and fixed

Mr. Adanob at the reception was quite professional at checking us in and giving us all the details about the hotel. The beach area for a sister hotel is so nice with a reliable shuttle to and fro

Good location, near to the airport, no real disturbance from the occasional plane passing by.
Hotel is small in comparison to others but it's nice and relaxing.
A nice friendly, family type atmosphere.
Staff extremely friendly and very helpful, special mention to Haytham and his restaurant staff especially Zakaria and Anwar who treated us with excellent service and would go out of their way to help us, Ahmed and the rest of the lobby bar staff, Mohammad and the rest of housekeeping and reception were all very helpful.
Hotel is very close to SOHO square and other places of interest.
The lack of a sauna or steam room.

Nice place for relaxing holiday. The food was very good quality and as well as the AI bar.
Location is quite far from everything, but free shuttle bus to a nice beach is provided.

Breakfast was fine, manageable
There was an incident on 31st December 2022, where we were not offered dinner and all guests were supposed to go to another hotel (sister property). We had to struggle a lot to get some food but later on the staff made up for it by organising a dinner the next day.

The snacks bar was really good.
- You can get pretty much anywhere from there.
I got food poisoning at my first night there and management assumed that I have the problem.
- Loud music in the afternoon and late night. You can't take a nap or sleep early because of it.
- They promised us a honeymoon cake because it is my honeymoon but never received it.

The location was good. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. I would say that they were the best thing about this hotel and my stay
This hotel was rated as a four start hotel this I found was not accurate. The hotel I would describe it as tired. The room I checked in had a number of issues the light switch needed fixing, the curtain had a hole and the bathroom sink was clogged. The furniture was old the hotel needs a refurbishment. The food was not great the bread was stale. It was not a four star hotel. However the staff fixed the issues in my room and were helpful.

Well, although i did enjoy my vaccation with my family, there is a big miss happened while i was in room 121 in that rainy day.. The way the manager and even the maintanance team work with the problem of seeping water from ceiling was beyond professionalism and i attached pictures to bad quality infrastructure of the fire sensor which was rusty and non functioning as well. Imagine that while you are not aware of yourself then you wake up with running water from the cieling in presence of electricity!! I dont think it is wise to put others in danger like what happened. By the way, The only one who did thier work efficiently as much as he can the Room service provider The Young man Mohamed and Mr. Emad.
