All the receptionist man working evening Ellie Tina extremely professional and top class , very clean apartment, their was minor issues which wasn't problem to me , but overall having been to suites all over , this is by far the best and obviously run well with pride and excellence , Great job Management 👍

Nothing really to mention minor things

Great staff, they were so helpful when I needed to extend for work commitments. Great space. Like a one bed flat with all the competitors you need. Only downside. We didn’t know about the cleaning and no one came. When we did ask about it. We did get some cleaning and some items restocked.

No coat hangers, no tea towel, no mirrors in bedrooms just in bathroom .

it was warm once I put the heaters on

it was tiered and needed painting, marks all over the wall. Areas of toilet and sink were grimy. the Tv and wifi didn’t work. the bedding and towels were old.

It was really easy I would just say maybe the hotel could contact before to take deposit details rather than over the phone before giving details of the code for the keys. It was a bit awkward waiting but then it was so exceptional inside this was soon forgotten.

Just having to call and then give card details for deposit while at the hotel already.

Not much first week apartment size was good but was in basement so very little light. location ok, kitchen ok.

Parking was awful, narrow entrance (had to pull wing mirrors in on my car to get down) and blocked in or out multiple times by other guests blocking the entrance with vans. Caused me to be late for 2nd day as had to go round all the other doors to find owner of the offending van. Later was already blocked when I returned so had to pay to park on street opposite. Called hosts to try and find culprit and they were not interested in helping. First week apartment size was good second week terrible, tiny with no table to work or eat at etc. Poor communication from hosts and I'm still waiting for my receipts for the 2 stays.
