Lovely fresh clean holiday home. Everything was immaculate with everything you needed for a home from home experience. Chris the host was fantastic and helpful with recommendations. Thanks for a lovely week away. 2 adults and 15/19 year old.

Perfectly equipped holiday house tucked away in a quiet location but still very close to local amenities, beaches and towns. This was our second stay, the location is perfect for our family and the host is welcoming, kind and friendly. I'm not sure when but I'm certain we will be back on day. Thank you for your wonderful welcome Chris and for turning the beautiful weather on for us! x

We had a wonderful stay, Chris who greeted us at the house when we arrived was friendly, welcoming and kind, a lovely lady and wonderful host. We had a fantastic family holiday, the location of the house was perfect for us, close enough to popular beaches and places to visit but tucked away in a nice quiet location. We hope we will be able to stay there again in future, thank you!
We looked the property up on google streetview before we went, it was a bit off putting showing the backs of garages and not obvious where the house was at first BUT in reality the house and location are much better than it initially looked so don't let that put you off. No allocated parking, but it wasn't a problem we could always park nearby and we did know that before we travelled.

Perfect accommodation for a couple/friends or family. Clean fresh and modern with fab facilities and walking distance to a beach and/or great spot to travel and see other areas in Cornwall.
What was not to like. The welcome scones, cream and jam was super.
We loved it and won't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely everything! The house and garden were beautiful and comfortable and the host has thought of every little detail to make their guests feel welcome and relaxed.

The property was so well equipped with everything that you need and is a real
home from home. Scones, jam and clotted cream awaited us on our arrival. The photos don’t show how beautiful it is and it was lovely and quiet sitting in the garden at the end of a lovely day exploring Cornwall.
There is nothing that we did not like about this property.

The house was exceptional!! We didn't want to leave.
The property was clean and fully equipped - all we needed was our clothes and toiletries.
Chris (the Host) gave me a thorough walkthrough plus complimentary gifts on arrival.
The service and quality of the home you cannot fault!
Walk to the beach is a 15/20 minute stroll.
Although do be weary of the steep roads on the way back.
Nevertheless we would definitely be revisitng again!

Property was in a great location 30 minutes walk from Newquay. Host was lovely made us feel welcome straight away gave us great recommendations on local places to eat and visit. Couldn’t fault anything about the property or the host. Would definitely stay here again in future.

The house was brilliant, newly renovated, gorgeous kitchen and bathroom. Rooms emaculate and airy. Lounge perfect for family of 4, 2 large sofas and large smart TV. Beds really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need, a welcome pack with cornish cream tea and a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Chris the owners sister looked after us and told us how everything worked. Ideal location 1 1/2 mls from Porth Beach which is great for surfing and small children as it has a creek that fills so safe for kids to play in. Can't fault the house at all and is the nicest holiday property we have ever stayed in, would recommend for any families travelling to Cornwall

Very thoughtful for their guests. They had a travel cot and high chair all ready when we arrived.
The decor is very up to date and modern. The outdoor furniture was a nice touch for the evenings. A few sweet treats and wine upon arrival.
A nice friendly pub 5 minutes away.
Beaches only a 20 minute walk.
A perfect place to stay in Cornwall. We will definitely use this accommodation when we return.
The photos do not do this lovely house justice.
There were steps to the property but we managed just fine with a 1 year old.
