Location wise, very accessible to public transport. The bedding was neatly tucked, the towel was soft and thick, they provided a toothbrush, shampoo and soap. The room has a split type AC. The staff is accommodating, he even texted me and gave me some instructions on how to locate them. There is free wifi.

The CR was not that clean, the mirror had some stains (when toothbrushing), the floor when i arrived had some water that didn't flow to the drain and was stagnant. The shower was not working and it was left dangling there in the faucet, i have no choice but to use the pale and dipper. The BED, although it was neatly tucked, i saw a lizard poop on the bed but i didn't bother them anymore. The blanket was too thin as well as the pillows, but thay were fine though. The DOOR doesn't have a safety lock inside aside from the doorknob. I think it would be nice if they could add that feature for the extra safety of their guests. I literally can't sleep soundly around 3am onwards due to barking dogs near the guard area, it really echoes to the entire accommodation due to their location.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed to store my luggage as I was checking out early. The room itself is good enough for its price but don't expect extravagant facilities. They don't have heater so expect cold showers if doing in the evening. Location is accessible, a lot of jeepneys and taxis pass through the road just outside. Do check the location if it suits your itinerary. Going to known tourist spots would usually require taking 1, 2, or 3 rides of jeepney/bus so it not be the strategic location depending on your itinerary. Since it's close to a school, there a lot of eateries around the area (walking distance). Other point to consider: you have to use the stairs when going up floors so also consider this when packing luggages as they might be difficult to bring up and down.

The room assigned to me was cleaned but the toilet itself doesn't look clean due to several stains. A bedside table would've been nice as the charging ports were not very close to the bed. The sound isolation of the room is bad, I could hear sounds from my neighbor, as well as the rain from outside the room, and had a hard time falling asleep. Room has AC but the blanket they provide is super thin so it can get quite cold in the evening.

Be mindful of the location tho as it requires riding a lot of jeepneys and transfers to get to popular tourist destinations. The room seems like it wasn't prepared well. The toilet was not cleaned, and the pillows didn't have any pillow cases. Bad sound isolation - it was raining heavily when I visited and I couldn't sleep due to the noise. I set the AC to the warmest setting but still felt cold. The thin blanket provided didn't help.
