the Oven could do with a clean The apartment could have done with a few pictures on the walls , the bare walls tended to make it look a bit stark .

Spacious, well laid out and every room finished to a high standard with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Location was perfect, very accessible with attractions, restaurants and local shopping all within walking distance. The garden was a lovely setting and even the weather was kind. Wine, nibbles and extras appreciated. The recommendations by the owners helped us getting around

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location. I lived in Broughty Ferry more than 50 years ago and it was lovely to go back and see it again. Arrived to a lovely welcome pack.

House was very clean and the location was perfect, every thing we needed for a lovely weekend and would definitely look to book again or recommend to anybody who is looking to stay in Broughty Ferry.

Parking can be a bit of a pain.

I booked this unit for Canadian friends who had day passes to the 150th Open at St. Andrews. They absolutely loved their stay and sent me a video of how bright, clean and welcoming it was on arrival. Well outfitted. The Ship Inn is very close, where they enjoyed sharing a pint with the locals at the end of the day.

No issues at all.

The apartment was really nice, easy parking, an unexpected small welcome pack and bottle of wine which was great and really enjoyed our stay. it was very hot over the weekend so rooms a bit warm but opened windows and helped - but never complain about lovely weather. Thanks for a great stay.

Street parking was a bit of a challenge but we managed.

The location was excellent ,close to beach,shops restaurants etc. Lovely area round about. Flat was excellent ,everything we needed was there. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very quiet. Great having an outdoor space too. The extra little touches like the wine and crisps were very much appreciated.The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I noticed some people commented in the comments book that parking was an issue sometimes. However we got parked at the door and we didn’t use the car again till we left. We are great walkers so the car is not used too much.

Perfect location for Broughty Ferry - near beach and shops/cafes/restaurants. TV has various options for viewing. Sofa bed very comfy. Kitchen has everything necessary. Hosts kept in touch and very responsive.

Nothing can fairly complain about. Could have a view and reliable parking - but not really a problem. Can get view by stepping outside and walking 10 metres. Parking easy enough less than one or two streets away.

Parking was a bit difficult, but we managed to park outside majority of the time.

ideally situated for the town centre and local amenities, nice clean apartment, good communication from Gemma & Mike regarding our stay
