This delightful B&B was memorable, for all the right reasons. The room was immaculate, the surroundings were lovely, especially the alpacas and other creatures, The breakfast was excellent. Any time we visit this area in future we would love to come back. This was one of the best stopovers we've ever had.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

A great quiet location with a great room overlooking the accomodations rural aspect. A wonderful breakfast was provided in the breakfast room. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay.

The alpacas, horses, Hens, goats, woodpeckers, outside our bedroom were lovely to look at. Spotlessly clean house, breakfast was delicious, host was amazing! Great for glamping! Children and horseriding. If you are an outdoor person then i would recommend staying here. Our room was excellent with an extra edition of chocolte fudge. Fridge in the breakfast room, and microwave, and ample parking

I was welcomed when I arrived also had a small cake awaiting in my room which was lovely free Wi-Fi the room was a nice size with king size bed excellent shower in the morning I got a good nights sleep couldn’t try the breakfast as had to leave early and would look forward to coming back

The Old Dairy is very well set up, beds large and comfortable, warm and well equipped rooms, nice little homely touches such as fresh milk available for our tea&coffee, home made chocolate brownie nibbles which were most welcome after a long drive!

Nothing to add, it was a pleasant room, clean an comfortable. We could of stayed for breakfast but we wanted to explore the area more before heading home. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area in future.

Absolutely lovely location with perfect friendly hosts. We had so much fun staying in the lodge. Great breakfast, too. Cute dogs, loads of parking space.
Mattress sagged a bit in the middle, rolling us towards each other - (we rotated second night to improve). Weirdly noisy fresh-air puffer that scared the life out of us once an hour until we removed its batteries!!

Beautiful place and people. A real gem I would highly recommend.
I arrived late at night and the carpark was very dark so perhaps some more lighting to assist with parking at night.

Breakfast was amazing especially as I am coeliac and required gluten free - I was able to confirm a selection of gf foods before arrival which matched perfectly with my dietary requirements. My husband's breakfast was amazing too and there was plenty of fresh coffee on offer. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright breakfast room with superb views overlooking the fields.
Everything was perfect so there was nothing we did not like.

The whole place was lovely, very welcoming, clean and tidy. The room was on small side, but perfectly acceptable. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. All in all, a great night away.
The only negative about the whole place was the shower - the pressure was low and the temperature wasn't stable, constantly going hot then cold.

The location was fabulous and we got to look around the stables. The view from the breakfast room was simply stunning. What we didn’t know was that this place also has yurts with hot tubs so next time we are deffo having one of those!

The Old Dairy Farm is in a lovely peaceful location which feels to be in the countryside although very close to Emsworth. The breakfast was delicious and the room was stylish and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Debbie was friendly and welcoming - we would certainly recommend staying here.

Excellent communications from the owners. A Very warm welcome. Little lodge was a lovely surprise, (as exterior looks a bit porta cabin), very clean with lovely furnishings and tea, coffee etc all there. Breakfast menu and quality of delivery and service and food was simply excellent and 5 stars. They allowed our last minute request to bring our dog and greeted him warmly as well.
Lodge is at front and near main house and stables car park so as they have horses and many owners/riders coming on Sunday morning, it was quite busy with cars and people chatting and children around etc. and we had windows open. However, we slept so well, that it was fine.

Lovely stay. Very clean, well equipped with really nice breakfast.
A tiny point and not something that detracts at all from our stay; I would add some curtains or change to black out blinds in the bedroom. We were awake very early as the present blinds add privacy but don't really block any light.

Warm welcome on arrival, very useful pre- arrival information sent allowing us to book a restaurant in the area beforehand. Ground floor room making access easier. Outside area to sit and have a cup of tea that fresh milk was provided for.

Rooms close to the breakfast room can be loud i.e. you may not plan to get up til 9am, but may be woken by the chatter in the breakfast room at 7am.
