Common kitchen well-equiped and nice size to prepare meals with the other guests. Made use of the outdoor dining table as well. Room is average size, bathroom nicely updated. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Highly recommend!

A little bit far from everything. But still a great place to stay in.

Loved this room with a street view. Very quiet street. I believe this is a relatively new apartment, everything looked new. Room was a good size, clean and bright. Five rooms share the downstairs kitchen but we were the only ones there during our stay. The apartment was in a good location with easy walks to train station and city center. The host was very welcoming although she did not speak a word of English but she did have a translation app that worked very well.

very clean, situated in a short walking distance to the train station, the ferries and the city center. the room was newly renovated, spacious and had a comfortable bathroom. very good and rather hard mattress.

with the humidity now in winter there was a little bit of mould in the corners of the room, but that‘s probably easily solvable.

This is an excellent place in which to stay to visit the pleasant town of Porto Torres with its anxient and beautiful basilica San Gavino within easy walking distance. Next to the basilica is an excellent restaurant. Il Gira Sole is very near the ferry port so it is extremely convenient. We parked outside the door. The self service breakfast was well laid out.

The BB was very clean and comfortable! the kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfy and the staff was very nice! The nearest beach (Balai) it’s super beautiful and just 5m drive from the house! parking is free and just in front of the house! highly recommended!

only a couple of tiny observations, the shower is very slippy and could do with some sort of rubber mat. also there was cereal but no bowls or milk. plenty of food and all very nicely presented and self served.

Community areas are large, diverse breakfast is included, rooms are well equiped and comfortables. The area is quiet, 5 min walk to the center and 5min by car from to ferry departure.

Breakfast was ok, could have been better if fresh fruit or even cereal was offered. In my opinion this place is overpriced for what it offers. I stayed in Alghero (capital of Sardinia) for lower price and got much nicer place with delicious breakfast so definitely there is a room for improvement

The owners don`t speak any English so communicating with them is difficult if you need anything and don`t speak Italian

We stayed there the night before taking the ferry from Porto Torres. The port is just 5 min away by car. The facility is quite nice and clean. There is free parking on the street, however it may be difficult to find a spot during high season. The guys running the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Overall there are three things that could be improved: - you could hear what was going on in the other rooms. I guess that depends on your luck of finding other decent travelers. In our case, let's say that at 8:30 in the morning a couple was having a lot of fun and the girl was not hiding it. - the room could use a table and a chair. - the breakfast per se is ok, however, since the owners are not at the location in the morning, you have to rely on finding decent travelers. In our case, someone during the night took most of the food from the common area, so in the morning there was not much to choose from. Probably a way to solve this, is for the owners to put the breakfast in each room (which have also a mini-fridge) so they can guarantee the same quality for all costumers.

The room was very clean and the house is close to the town center and the train station. We are traveling by bicycle and it was very uncomplicated to store the bikes safely in the patio. On our last day we could leave our luggage in the house and choose a time to pick it up.

The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking and eating (for example no plates, no sharp knifes etc), the coffee machine didn’t work properly and the tv in our room either.
