The staff was rude

Everything impossible bad happened, get emailed I need to relocate because of work being done on the floor I chose. Then I get relocated to a place that’s not my age limit then they just tell me they can’t do anything about it! I ask for the mangers name and they hang up,

property was very small

beds were not comfortable

property was less than a block to the beach, pool on site, within walking distance to many eateries.

overall it was great, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the blinds on the sliding glass door were falling off.

The condo needs to be updated. There needs to be a staff present on site to answer questions. Communication could be better pertaining to parking passes and pool chips. WIFI didn't work yet we paid for it. It was like pulling teeth to get the full refund.

the pool was great, the location was top notch and the balcony was awesome. it had family board game options as well

the room wasn’t clean when we got there, it’s dated, there was a list of chores that were expected of us to do before we left, things that housekeeping or property management should be doing between stays. The big pullout couch was visibly broken and rigged, it also had crumbs in it when I opened it. there was dirty underwear left in the bed room as well as used toilet paper. it was dusty all over the condo. last thing, the cable got almost no channels to it.

Easy access, stones throw from beach, plenty of room for a family of 4/5, pool, kitchen, washer/ dryer, excellent staff, quiet and family friendly place to stay.

A bit dated but considering it’s a rental property we get it.
