Location The house was perfect for our family vacation

My only complaint is The ants they were everywhere and biting us

I love how spacious the house was with plenty of room for all of us. Close enough to drive to the Beach and plenty of dining options close by

The pool was cloudy and didn’t seem to be working properly. The fridge wasn’t cooling at first

The house was beautiful and the pool was great for the family. The location was really convenient. The house had a good number of rooms and bathrooms.

The dryer didn't work during our trip. It was frustrating that we had to use a laundry mat because the advertised washer and dryer weren't functional. The host did send someone out to check the dryer on the 4th day of our stay, but was unable to repair it at that time. The AC unit stopped functioning and it took all day for the repair man to arrive. Luckily he was able to fix it very quickly after arrival. It was 87° F in the house before the AC repair took place. The deeded access to the beach was across a 5 lane highway with no easy way to cross. Found it easier to just load the family up and drive 3 minutes to the paid beach parking access.

Property was a good size for our family and was comfortable.

Beach was not easily accessible from the property. Property description advised that it was not on the beach was stated there was easy beach access. That was not true.

Everything was good just enough space for what we needed

A little shaky

The location was great very close to a few beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and family friendly activities.

Though the facility was nice the beds were that comfy, the water in the master bedroom shower was ice cold and the shower in the hall bath was clogged. So the first night trying to relax after a 8 hour drive it was a bummer taking a cold shower in 1 bthrm then others having shower water pool around their feet while trying to bathe. I informed the staff whom said they would contact maintenance but no one ever came and they bever followed up. I reached out again but no one responded. So they got my money but we didn't get the courtesy of having hot or clean showers and a huge lack of communication and follow through
