The room was nice and comfortable

On checkin no one informed us about the facilities, did not even mention where breakfast is, so we had to ask where the restaurant was the following morning. Staff at breakfast were very rude! Porter didn't show us where the room was either We stayed in room 111, the jacuzzi was not clean, there were hair in it so we didn't really feel like using it afterwards All in all it was not value for money!!!!

Stayed there before. After a hard days work it is nice to relax. Staff very good.

lovely staff, friendly and helpful. great facilities, lovely pool area. room was spacious with comfortable bed. all areas of the hotel were very clean. food options for breakfast and dinner were plentiful and well presented.

too many stray cats about, especially around the outside dining area. the lift on our side of the hotel was extremely slow and the doors seemed to stick frequently, so it took several minutes to go up or down. limited options for evening meals within walking distance of the hotel if you want to eat out, so you need to get in the car.

Great hotel with all the required facilities, friendly personnel, many of which are not from Cyprus, located at a road with many other big hotels, and in close vicinity of the beach and beach bars. Busses to Limmasol stop in front of the hotel.

As said numerous times, it is a tui-blue hotel, so expect many British tourists, quizzes at the pool, loud aquagym during the day and alike. Interesting to see if you are just passing few nights, maybe not for the quietness-seeking tourist

Food was average but rooms znd beds were nice. Location was not as expected.

It said waterfront on the booking site but it was across a busy road from the beach. You could see the sea but only across another line of hotels.

I arrived at the property at 23 pm, and went to my Room - Junior Suite Sea View with Hot Tub in the fridge I had one bottle of water 1 liter. No room service is available at this time I couldn't find the phone so I can call. Went to the Reception they send me to the bar in the hotel, but no bottles of water were available so I can purchase for the room, the barman told me to bring my bottle of water from the room so they can refile it and he sent me to my room with a glass of water from the bar. For the amount of nearly 300 euros per room per night is ridiculous the fact you CAN'T BUY A BOTTEL OF WATER FROM THE BAR.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist! Upon arrival we were given vouchers for complimentary drinks from their bar. The room was very spacious and modern and had all the facilities we needed.
