It was a gorgeous place spotlessly clean the bed was very comfortable breakfast was lovely.. The hosts were amazing kind and considerate couldn't do enough for you.. Would stay again but in a bigger room.
In all honesty we paid £300 for 2 nights which wasn't a problem but you really couldn't swing a cat in the room it was tiny.

Spacious, clean room. Great value for money compared to nearby property’s and included breakfast. The host Beverly was lovely and welcoming and explained everything to us.
Really minor but probably the no takeaway policy as we do like something if weather isn’t good on an evening especially with no bar/restaurant on site. However this wouldn’t affect us booking again we’d just know for next time. Other than that everything was great during our stay.

The host Beverly was very welcoming and shared a lot of helpful information on where to eat and places to visit. The house was clean and in a quiet environment. It is located next to a street which is a short walk directly to bowness and windermere bus interchange/railway station. Buses also ply along this street. The bed was super comfy and we had a good night's rest every night. Breakfast was fantastic too! Thank u Beverly!

Booked a suprise get away for my partners 30th birthday we stayed at the Coppice and it was absolutely perfect! breakfast was delicious, staff were absolutely lovely couldn’t do more for us would definitely stay again! Beverley was so lovely she recommended a few nice places to eat which really made our trip and was so lovely to talk to we didn’t meet Neil but we heard a lot of nice things about him 😃 Many thanks both!

we had a wonderful stay for my birthday at the Coppice. Neil and Beverley were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other spots to visit. Breakfast was wonderful and the added sherry in the rooms was a nice touch.
heating was constantly on in bathroom but not a major issue.

Location was ideal as a base to get to other local attractions. The breakfast was superb cooked fresh to order 10 out of 10.
Nothing we were satisfied with our stay, if we were,to have a further short break in the lakes, we would return to the Coppice.lovely

The room was spacious. It was very clean. The location was good.
The whirlpool bath had the holes/buttons where the water pumps upwards, at the bottom of the bath and it was rather uncomfortable sitting on them. It was also very noisy, for this reason I used it as a normal bath to not disturb other guests however it was not comfortable.

Neil and Beverley were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgable on the local area and both made us feel incredibly welcomed. Exceptional experience from start to finish and very good value for money. Would be my choice accommodation when returning to the lakes. Thank you both.

ideal location between the two villages. Large rooms and bath. breakfast was lovely.

Very warm and informative welcome from Beverley.. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Lovely bedrooms. Ours (4) was small but very nice. Our only issue was the double bed was too small for us larger folk. So would make sure we got a king size next time. It was very comfy though.. its in a great location 10 min walk into Windermere. 20 mins to Bowness. Breakfast was presented very well. And lots of choice. Highly recommend a stay here.

The breakfast was fabulous fresh no grease and the hosts and all staff also.
There was a small problem with the window which required fixing but to be fair beyond the hosts ability to repair as they could not get a workman in and we were only there for 3 nights so it was fine.

The room was exceptionally clean and had nice decor, small but perfectly adequate for a few days, The bathroom was also exceptionally clean, as avid 4 in a bed viewers we know what to look for and this place gets full marks from us, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was rather tasty, all in all an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to return
