Hotel was a dream - rooms were beautifully presented, and were massive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The street is a little loud in the mornings and the hotel was doing some building work so it was a bit loud during breakfast!

Beautiful resort and friendly staff.

A lot of flys, the room was not clean and got mold smell, there were ants and dead insects on the sheet. The towels were old and stained with dirt spots.

We went for 5 days to the Harsono resort and since the moment we entered we felt the paradise. Extremely beautiful, clean, thoughtful, retailer. The staff is extremely kind and nice. The food was excellent and very comphortable. We highly recommend it, and expect to come back

Important to know that there are no general or public swimming pool in the whole resort. All the pools are private for one or two rooms. If you would like to use the swimming pool you have to hire a private pool with your room. Some rooms don't have it

Tout est magnifique dans cet hôtel. La taille des chambres est incroyable, la salle de bain qui donne sur l'extérieur, le personnel de l'hôtel qui est très attentionné. C'était une expérience merveilleuse

The staff was friendly

The rooms are not clean: the sheets had stains and holes. There was mold in the shower and the smell was awful due to stagnant water under the floor. The towels were old and stained. There was very little drinking water provided in the room and the bottles were not changed. The food takes almost one hour to be served, whether in your room or at the restaurant. You can hear very clearly your neighbors showering and chatting, so it can get loud. We rented a scooter with the hotel: they provided us with a rusty motorbike with a broken speedometer, and dirty helmets with broken and rusty clasps. It’s just far from what you would expect from a 5 star hotel…

Our stay at Harsono was perfect! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are really comfortable and the staff is super friendly. I booked a romantic diner for the birthday of my husband, and it was perfect!!

It was a bit quiet in the resort, maybe because of the low season.

Mold in ALL rooms with terrible smell (we had to changed rooms, got shown 4 rooms and they even upgraded us to one of the three bedroom suites.... still incredible mold and mildew on walls, paint peeling off because of water in walls and ceiling) This is very unhealthy to breathe. Toilet only flushed once every 15 minutes because of very low water pressure, NO hot water from any tap, air conditioning was only one temperature …Freezing despite using temperature control, grey/brown towels that were supposed to be white, swimming pool was a green from lack of chloride, hotel located in a terrible area …down the road smelt like garbage tip. Ended up had to stay the night (because too late to find new accommodation at 6pm) so cancelled the rest of the stay, In the morning could not pay with contactless payment method had to pay cash!

Unfortunately we were often alone in the bar and restaurant. Pitty fir such nice infrastructure.

Room is spacious and breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful.

No restaurants in walking distance. One of the sink is a bit leaky while one bath tub is blocked.

Nothing I did not like

Room space was very large. I love the bathroom :). Good for relaxing. Enjoy the place with no rush life. During our stay, the hotel spa was closed. However, we had massages in our rooms from the freelance therapist. The baliness massage was superb and worth every single cent. The rate was just around $12/hr. The food was good. Everything was excellent for 4 of us. We're very happy.

location was a little out of the way, you would need to drive to things, but it was beautifully peaceful and quiet. A perfect oasis.
