Staff seems to be unprofessional, when i informed the bed sheet has bed bugs, bedsheet is damage, and full of strain, he tying to convicne it is just cleaned, I booked 1 Tripple Classic room but it was single bed very very conjusted samll room was proide, wall was full spiited with ghutka and pan, under the bed full of dust and dirty, frniture was completely damage, window was completely damage, batheroom was uncleaned and without soap and sahmpoo, used towel was kept, i booked with breakfast but with INR 1551 but receptin forced to pay addtional INR 500/- i paid because it was huge raining in Hyderabad city, it was difficult to find another Hotel with wife, it was huge rainig still Hotel didnt kep footmat at the entence,

staff are crooks. they take booking on booking.com and then at checkin say no booking. we then have to pay additional and more than the tarrif on booking.com

Good room, good fan, good water for bath.

This is a horrible place..even one can not sleep one night properly

Everything is absolutely horrible from starting from Receptionist room staff no toilet soap no towel nothing a person can not stay for a second as i go to room around 3am in the morning without any choice just feel the horrible night

The staff denied the booking as the rate that I paid to booking.com is below their normal rate. When I tried to reach booking.com they denied I was at the location and made me cancel the booking. Very rude staff and the whole experience was frustrating. Never again will I try this property or the booking.com site
