The location was absolutely fantastic!! We could walk everywhere and it had direct access to the beach. There was also a pair of beach chairs and a cooler we could use which was nice.

The apartment is in desperate need of some TLC. It was dirty, there where wholes in the walls, the sheets where stained and the shower was moldy. With some renovations and maintenance it would be great.

The view from the room was amazing. close to beach only a 2/3 min walk from the pool. great location!

Entering it was easy but locking took a little while to figure out. The condo had a strong moldy or mildew odor. Refrigerator had a strong fish smell although it was clean. Entry way closet filled with dirty cleaning materials and was unsightly with hanging wires. There were very few electrical outlets in all rooms. My husband was unable to use CPap machine in bedroom. Electrical outlet in bedroom closet was hanging off the wall.The condo is in great need of updating. Drywall is old; pipes and hoses visible and go into holes in walls very unsightly. There were holes in the wall behind the washer/dryer unit in the kitchen which was gross and looked like the openings exposed the dirty dark interior of the old building so I was concerned about what might be coming in. Kitchen cabinets coming apart on one door - again really old and in need of updating. Baseboards missing in main living area, Our daughter rented a unit on a higher floor and it was immaculate and completely and beautifully updated and very tastefully furnished. It was about $800 less expensive too. The location was perfect though and on a wonderful beach which helped offset the condition of this unit.

The location cannot be beat. I loved that it was adjacent to the beach, but also had plenty of food outlets just across and down the street, in addition to a CVS, and a Walgreens a short walk away. Admittedly, the apartment is not contemporary in style, but it seemed typical of what I have seen in most Caribbean countries/states, unless your staying at (and paying for) a high end chain resort or hotel. Having said that, it had all the amenities that anyone could want - a tv in both the living room and bedroom, internet, although that went in and out at times (not sure if there is a cap on usage or not), and a wonderful view of the pool and beach.

The bathroom/shower fixtures could use a little updating but was hardly a deal breaker. Pillows should be changed out to something a little firmer but, of course, this is a matter of preference.
