Very good location of the hotel, 10-15 minutes away from the Gondola Lift, no need to use car. Ski room available. Welcoming and friendly staff.

There is no parking, we parked on the street. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Duvet was without sheet (extremely unusual for me). Luckily the sheet was provided on the request the next day. In general cleanliness could be better in room and spa. Community area was used by guests who consumed alcohol and made noise during the night.

הבנייה הלקוחה שלהם עם המקלחות והמיטה לא הייתה נוחה בשני החדרים ששהיתי בהם ,אין שקעים כמעט בכלל, הצוות לא דובר אנגלית ומאד קשה לתקשר,היה ריח של בישול בכניסה תמיד (לא ריח נעים) . בהזמנה רשום שיש למקום חנייה פרטית אך לא מצויין שזה רק 4 מקומות ולא תמיד פנוי. המקרר בחדר שלי לא עבד וכל הקניות שלי התקלקלו וכשהתלוננתי קיבלתי תירוצים ללא מענה . בחדר שלי הייתה מרפסת משותפת לחדר לידי ללא חציצה כך שאין פרטיות וגם היה לשכנים כלב אז הוא כל הזמן נכנס לי לחדר. כל מה שהתרחש בצנרת היה אפשר לשמוע דרך הקירות.

The staff was amazing, helping very much (check in 02:00 o'clock after long flight delay..., helped with all we needed with two children and always with smile), great location, very clean and comfort, every day cleaned the room. More more more.... excelant expirience!

Our room was under the roof. So, it was a wonderful view of the old town. Small nice balcony. There wasn't an air conditioner, but the room stayed cool and fresh. Super cozy and big bed.

The staff were very polite and they managed to get us a parking place as well. Good location.

The rooms were not that clean, you could see a layer of dust on the shelves. Also the beds were very low and uncomfortable, especially for older people to sit and get up (they were below knee - heigh). Breakfast was good but same every day.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and considerate. Close to the ski lift and best restaurants in Bansko. Excellent location. Very clean and well maintained spa facilities. Room was always warm.

There could be a little bit more options in the breakfast.

We were with two dogs and everything was great! Super nice hosts, breakfast and spa (hamam was really good) included.

We stayed there for 3 days , it was one of the best experience we have ever encountered. The hotel is in the centre of the city , it is absolutely clean, comfortable, and totally value-for -money! The luxurious suite was truly out of the world ,the view was insane and the decoration beautiful. But the greatest thing of our stay wasnt the hotel, but the owners themselves.From the very first moment they were sweet, and caring to accommodate us with every little detail explained. On our way to departure, we had encountered a problem with our car and they left everything behind and literally helpt us with all they could, and they even offered us to stay a little longer in case we were tired . We appreciated that ,it was truly a genuine human behaviour. If you decide to come to bansko, this cozy family hotel should be on your #1. We definitely plan on visiting the hotel in the next year !

Honestly, it is hard to find something that i didnt like , everything was on set

It was very close to Goldola lift and city center... Very spacious and warm room... It was even had a jacuzzi tub, sauna steam room and hamam room for free... I will be my first choice when i will get back to Bansko...😁

I would like a little bit more choices in the breakfast...

The staff were amazing and really accommodating, I asked for a gluten-free breakfast and they provided me with a basket full of gluten-free products. The accommodation offers a sauna and steam room free of charge which were perfect after a long day at the slopes.

our room could have been cleaned a bit better there was some dust and the floor needed a bit more care.

From the moment we enter was a very nice experience, the kids enjoyed the garden in front of the hotel, with arch and arrows. We was checked in immediately, the room was clean, the beds very comfortable and bathroom warm and with heated floor. For a family is a perfect apartment, and near was a kitchen if you need to cook or eat. The hotel is located exactly in the centre of the city, wich was very handy, shops were near and gondola ski close enough, just 10 minutes walk. We liked the spa centre as well, with jacuzzi, sauna,hamam and saline room, we had a pleasant evenings there! As well, breakfast was good with enough food, yo gain energy for whole day. The staff was very lovely and welcoming, helped us with questions we had about the ski, being first time. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Bansko!
