La ubicacion es excelente! No desayunamos en el lugar Personal de limpieza muy amable

Solo habia 2 toallas en la habitacion, reserve para 3 personas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas

Lo único bueno son los alimentos que ofrece el restaurante, buena variedad, excelente sansón y buen precio. Pésima habitación, espacios super reducidos, nunca salió agua caliente en la regadera, para poder cerrar la puerta de la ducha prácticamente tienes que salirte de ella, porque el espacio es muy reducido, en la taza del wc tienes que sentarte de lado ya que frente a ella está una pequeña pared que impide estar sentado cómodo. Y muchas otras cosas incómodas más que podría mencionar de la habitación 124.

1, Puerta de baño arrastra y es es difícil de abrir y suena 2. Desperfecto en regadera 3. No hubo agua caliente después de la 20;00 horas 4. El lavabo desprende olor fétido al paso del agua usada insoportable el olor 5. La iluminación es insuficiente en comparación con otras habitaciones 6 . Una de las recepcionistas le pedí personalmente la clave de internet, para mi PC, y me lo dio en un pedazo de papel y tuve que volver a solicitar porque lo escribió mal, me ayudó el Sr maletero el si se lo sabía. La recepcionista es la que estaba por la noche. 7. Ya no ponen sácate como antes 8. El chico de recepción indicó que si quería más iluminación tenía que pagar otra tarifa. 9. Las paredes de la regadera ya urge las limpien.

nothing much the staff was helpful and friendly to me very disappointed that I booked and stayed there for the night the bed hurt my back I had to get therapy the next day it was filthy and it was noisy and I asked for a quiet room and it was so much noise coming from the lobby upstairs to my room right directly I thought it came with breakfast but nobody offered me breakfast every food I ordered was horrible took one bite and left it behind so I was basically hungry and starving the whole night probably won’t stay there anymore but I won’t send a public review to hurt your business just to let you know I was very unhappy and I think it was over price for what I got The floors were filthy there was hair all over them all over the hotel stairs in the hallways it was cleaning supplies all the time everywhere it was smelling ammonia’s super not good the airhead literally no air in the room no ventilation at all

I liked absolutely nothing about the property nothing they didn’t accommodate my quiet room they did not at all and I don’t appreciate that when I requested it in advance I was supposed to have breakfast but I never got it from them and I had to purchase food that was horrible I never got to eat it after one bite because it was literally horrible
