Beds and Pillows could be more comfortable. AC doesn’t stay on continuously, so i wake up everytime it shuts off.

Breakfast was just ok. Nothing fancy but it did the trick.

I had called ahead about getting in earlier. Was told yes then got there and was told no. That was very frustrating and because of it I had to miss an event I could not get ready for.

Clean with super large room.. Props to Maleek who confirmed my reservation over the phone and also happened to be on duty to check us in… very friendly and professional! Nice breakfast in the morning.

Pillows need replaced. Had an odor like someone slept on them but hadn't bathed. Just changing pillow cases would NOT help.

breakfast was horrible. people who didn’t book a room was let into the pool from other people staying there. spent $400 and didn’t get a chance to swim. smelled like weed.

We enjoyed the heated pool

Our room had crums on the floor, there was hair all behind the bed and in the dressers, the fridge had leftover ice cream sticks in it & there was spilled stains all in the fridge. The bed was also dusty on the headboard.

We travel often to five star hotels, suites and resorts. I must say Home2 suites was our first experience with a very clean and above and beyond service.

The breakfast was subpar and not commensurate to the price rate, and the overall hotel experience breakfast can definitely get improved.

Didn't eat the breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

Parking and bathroom door didn't have a handle or lock.

The food area was very unkept, not wiped up or restocked. Someone got a bagel stuck in the the toaster at 7:30 am - the toaster caught on fire causing the fire alarm to go off throughout the hotel. I was on the fourth floor and could smell burnt bread. The furniture in my room was was dirty/soiled, I would use it.

The upholstery on the chairs in eating area was dirty, I wouldn't lean back but sat on the vinyl seat. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilets were SO LOW it was difficult to use and Im 5'3" - I can't imagine how someone who is tall could use it. The floor was dirty on the tile along the walls. Tiles and were chipped. The inside of the elevator walls was FILTHY! ... a sign of what was to come when I got to my room. When someone walks into a hotel and they see the lobby furniture dirty and unkept it tells me that there is poor management.
