The breakfast and their staff was great.

We requested a high floor with a highway view. We got the 6th floor with a highway view and the bathroom had hair in the shower,closet, toilet had hair and pee in it and the room floor wasn't clean. I contacted housekeeping requested Mgr to come up Rebecca was her name I believe. She saw the conditions arranged for a new room 17th floor gave us breakfast vouchers and assured that her Mgr would be made aware. We stay at this hotel regularly for our anniversary or just to get away for the weekend. This started off with a room on a low floor which was not clean and when we went to the whirlpool another reason we come here,was not in working order! So our visit wasn't very pleasant.

Best hotel i have ever stayed at! Nothing bad to say. In a great location... and that matters in Detriot!!

All Marriott hotels should have complimentary coffee and ice water in the lobby for guests, and complementary water bottles in the rooms. basic hospitality.

The food and service at the restaurant is excellent. The food quality and the service is as good as you will find anywhere. A pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant.

The shuttle driver was very accommodating and friendly.

There was no microwave in the room.

I like the location of the property, cleanliness of the Hotel ,customer service was amazing and staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the walk in shower.

The bed pillows in the room were extremely uncomfortable. I upgraded the room to a concierge level which was not available and would have not been compensated if I did not mention the upgrades. And the breakfast was not tasteful

I enjoyed the Marriott the room was a bit small but overall good
