Location was great. Clean and comfortable.

Jets didn't work in hot tub and no towels in pool area.

The staff seemed like we were annoying them when asking questions. We have stayed ay many Hilton's and never experienced this.

When I arrived the floor was peeling in my room and there was a gross stain on the rug. I asked to switch rooms which was fine but the room was open and house keeping literally left the door open, tv on, pillow not on the bed, missing pillow case from one of the pillows, and no toilet paper in stock in the room. Also the bed was not comfortable at all. On top of the when my room was switched the Wi-Fi password wasn’t changed and I had to go back to the lobby to get my new key activated because it wouldn’t open my room. Not to mention room service isn’t offered on the weekends.

The bathroom was a little small and not very private.

I was not happy about this stay at all. I have stayed at this location once before and it was ok, but this time was really not worth the price. first of all the room was not too clean, the floors were sticky and the bathroom had dirt around the tub. second of all the pillows were so uncomfortable it was really hard to sleep, on top of the fact that the bed sheets and pillows swelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. the walls were paper thin and we were woken up by the sound of screaming children, which continued to make noise until the moment we checked out of the room. room service tried to come in at 9AM which in my opinion is way too early. will not be returning.

No free water in the room - water bottles should be complimentary especially if you have a coffee machine in the room. They are charging for every water bottle. I have never experienced this at any other hotels.
