The property is spacious enough for a family of 4 or 5. Neighborhood is so-so.

Lots of homelessness around. Really horrific WiFi. Awful AC unit that was so loud at times we had to shut it down. Plus we followed the video instruction to get in, but the person we were supposed to contact to buzz us in never answered and so we couldn’t get in the building! We got in only because someone got out of the building!

It was conveniently located for us. There was a parking space. There was a pool (though we didn’t know that until we happened upon on our last day). The toiletries (and slippers) were a nice touch.

Where to begin…1) The listing said there were two air conditioned bedrooms. There were not. One bedroom had a stand alone a/c that could not be adjusted and when the power surged (every hour) it made a loud airplane engine-like sound, waking us up. We could not talk to each other in the bedroom because it was too noisy. We live on a very busy street next to a hospital with sirens running all night and have no problem sleeping. This startled us awake all night long. The 2nd bedroom had no a/c and no fan. Often there is no need for a/c in LA but there was this past week and it was promised in the listing. 2) The apt was dirty. Hair in the shower; the floors were filthy; fruit flies infesting the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. 3) The kitchen was not well-equipped. There were not enough garbage bags; the coffee maker and toaster were low quality; the wine opener and scissors were so cheap they broke the first time we tried to use them; there was one small garbage can; there was no plastic wrap nor tin foil; there were 3 tide pods which turned out to be two loads worth. 4) The lighting was terrible. One lamp in the living room. We tried to open the blinds but one fell off so we didn’t try that again. Dark 5) Other: there was only one set of keys which made it challenging for the 3 of us logistically; the shower heads were perfect for people under 5’; we complained over the course of the week but eventually realized that the only response was “we will share the information with the host” and get back to you. No one got back to us; we were charged the full price a month before but then received multiple emails saying the credit card didn’t go through (though it had).

Locatie is rustig, s nachts weinig geluid.

Accomodatie kwam totaal niet overeen met de foto’s. Ongezellige, smoezig appartement. Wel ruim opgezet en keuken goed voorzien en er stonden aantal drankjes klaar. Communicatie met host moeizaam, wel snelle respons, maar aantal zaken qua codes etc klopte niet waardoor zaken moeizaam gingen. Prijs/ kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

Location, size, fairly clean, nice neighborhood, quiet.

Pillows were flat - maybe old, lack of enough pillow cases, mattress was ok but bed was bouncy. Smell of smoke but perhaps from neighbors.

Świetne miejsce do zwiedzania zarówno LA jak i dojazdu do Santa Monica i Venice. Siłownia , basen i jacuzzi na zewnątrz. Super bezpieczna okolica dla rodzin z dziećmi. Parking na miejscu

Mieliśmy mały problem z kontaktem z właścicielką przed wejściem do mieszkania.

Staff were friendly, great location in LA with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool looked nice (although it was too cold for me to use in Winter) and there was a small but usable gym.

There was a really strong smell of Marijuana every day in the room, that didn't leave even when airing the property. What I didn't realise when booking was that they didn't own the actual complex but just rent out a single room in the building. Therefore, when I arrived I had to wait in the rain for someone to come and let me in, and they didn't have anywhere to store baggage after check out, etc.

A internet é pessima. Como trabalhamos remotamente, muitas vezes não podiamos trabalhar. Era tão ruim que nem era possivel assistir um filme da netflix. As fotos que estavam no anuncio eram totalmentw diferento do apartamente. Falaram que tinham 7 aptos no mesmo predio, mas para nos foi propaganda enganosa

Le seul hic c’est qu’il faisait légèrement froid pour nous et que l’appartement du haut était très bruyant
