The home was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic, we walked to Preston Sands and along to Paignton. Lovely break, comfortable beds and absolutely spotless. Contact with the host was quick and easy, would highly recommend!

The property was clean, tidy and very well decorated. It was in a very good location. There was 6 adults and a child under 2 and it catered for all of us very well.

An email was sent to the host regarding our stay & no acknowledgement / reply received. I was advised we could go in the property earlier yet the code wasn't given. I sent pictures of the dirt found on arrival & in downstairs bedroom a food wrapper. The hot tub is overlooked which isn't shown from the pictures, we wouldn't of booked if we had known. Again pictures of this also sent to host in the email regarding our stay. I was sent a message from her after our stay saying if we left a 'good review' we would be entered into a draw to win a £100 meal. Unfortunately we will not be entered into the draw. 😁 ***Added remarks due to reply from property - if you'd read my email properly you would see my comments were regarding being overlooked in the garden using the hot tub, not by one resident several. The cleanliness as per pictures sent were of the inside of the property. You had received the form that was required on the same day we received it prior to staying. I had to contact you for the code which I then got at 1.40pm on the day, check in was 3pm & you mention we weren't charge for arriving early! Please explain how this could be personal I do not know you. I am providing feedback on how I found the property. I'm over the moon for you that others that stayed have provided you with the positive feedback they were lucky.

I really loved how the house was decorated and how everything was there ready for us to use. Close to the beach and all amenities. The host was very lovely and didn’t mind me asking questions. Bonus was the hot tub which meant we could enjoy a glass of wine and chill. One more thing, I’m very particular about clean houses and this was sparkling so I was very happy

Nothing I didn’t like, however one thing to bear in mind is our 4 wheel drive has a rail on the roof and we only just managed to fit under the car port…. it would be worth checking with the host for measurements if you have a large vehicle with a rail or something similar

the property was beautiful and in an excellent Location. there was plenty of kitchenware for everyone and the place was exceptionally clean.

Our only slight issue was that only some of the beds were made up even though there was 7 guests staying. so we had to make three beds up. That is only a very small issue and took no time in resolving. other than that it was perfect!

where it was . it appeared as if it was in a row of takeaways from front and the back entrance was full of rubbish in the other houses , no view , two bathrooms downstairs and none upstairs I wouldn’t have picked it if I’d seen any pictures of the outside at all

The location was great. A stones throw away from the beach. The property was clean and the hot tub was brilliant. Kids loved it. 2 bathrooms.Most of all the host was very attentive and stayed in touch to make sure our stay was satisfactory.

The street leading upto the parking was a little narrow (range rover vogue)

Location is great, 5 mins walk to Preston Sands. The house is spacious for a family of 5, plus 2 little dogs. The garden and hot tub is a good bonus.

Could have more essentials in the kitchen e.g. teabags, more dishwasher tablets, black bags to clear all rubbish etc. all very minor

The property was excellen very clean had everything needed plus more , hot tub was ace , location was very good, host was very welcoming answered any questions I had straight away was very helpful

it was the perfect location, minutes from the beach and you can see the sea from a couple of the bedrooms 😊

The house was a good size. Though the lounge was a little small 4 adults and 2 children. But close to the beach and shops. And we enjoyed the hot tub.

We would have liked instructions for the cooker and dishwasher. The heating was a bit hit and miss the downstairs bedroom was like an oven while the main front bedroom was like a fridge. The windows could have been wiped better as there was mould on the window in the bathroom and front bedroom..
