Lovely place to stay easy walking distance to Paignton. Close to beach

The dog friendly rooms were ideal for us and the location is excellent. The hosts made sure we were looked after and even left us an Easter egg in the room.

The room felt a little cold on your feet with the tiled floor so would advise on taking slippers if your in a dog friendly room but makes sense because your not worried about the dogs getting a carpet dirty.

The location is amazing,the room was perfect for my requirements, off road parking is a real bonus, but the best part was defo the family who run it. They were lovely,welcoming & Sarah made a fabulous breakfast. I even met a new family member!!

From start to finish Sarah and Paul made us feel comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Rooms great recently refurbished and breakfast brilliant, always plenty and plates warmed as they should be. Well done guys a great place to stay and right by the beach!

Everthing was great

Rowcroft Lodge is situated in the ideal spot in Paignton. A quiet area, with the beach on your doorstep was just perfect! Everything was within a short walking distance. The beach, water park, a lovely restaurant - a 2 minute walk from the B&B called Cantina which serves great food and drink and live music, the pier and shops just a 10 minute walk away and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. Sarah and Paul made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating my partner Danielle's birthday during our stay and they really did go above and beyond! They were so kind to give us a free upgrade to a sea view room, a bottle of fizz and a birthday card and a birthday banner on our breakfast table on the day of Danielle's birthday really made it special. Breakfast was lovely. We tried something different each morning and enjoyed everything! The full English, omelette and the waffles. Plenty of choice on the menu as well as cereals, fruit, juices and hot drinks. The B&B itself was exceptionally clean, modern but still held a lot of character, welcoming and homely. Our room (No.5) with a sea view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities, a nice shower, fantastic view overlooking the park with the sea to the left of us and very quiet. We cannot recommend this place enough and it will definitely not be the last time we stay at Rowcroft Lodge! Thank you so much again for everything. Marc and Danielle
