The helper was cordial and accommodating.

The lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors with our luggage. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the apartment. The bed sheet was not clean and only covered half the mattress. There was only 1 towel even though there were 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). The entire room was smelly and the walls looked dated and not well maintained. The bathroom was also very smelly with a stale smell. The fridge was off and was stinking when we opened it. The AC kept going off and coming on randomly through out the night.

Its close to the temple and Parking is available in the basement, these 2 points are the only advantage Getting a place with parking near the temple seemed very difficult. Its a serviced apartment. Very spacious

No utensils other than glass tumblers were given. They had to search for 30 mins to find 2 plates Rooms were dusty.

They charge for even 2 or 3 hours late check out for half day.. I took 3 rooms and stayed for 3 days.. But they are very rigid and keep following up for payment which was irritating

Location, polite staff, spacious Peaceful stay and had a good time with family. Prefer this if anyone staying more then a day, feel like home.

Yellow lights, can you please put one tube light in hall? Hotels will have mostly yellow lights but this is service apartment and one while light (tube light) could have been better.

It's 15 minutes walk from the big temple. There are no restaurants nearby but I'm sure you can order delivery. The living room is a great space to relax after a hot and sweaty day outside. The AC is in the bedroom so with the door open, the living room area gets cool. We killed a total of four mosquitoes - not a big deal considering it's a tropical city and this is an apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the road noise was minimal although I did need earplugs. The fridge was not working on the first day but it was fixed by the time we got back on our second day - excellent! The floor, sinks and bathroom were very clean. My friend who lives in TN thought this place was a great find.

If you're expecting to cook, you'd have to bring your own pots, plates, knives, etc. It's a kitchen in name only. Also, the guy who gives you the key to the room needs to be replaced - he gives a bad impression (overly eager to get money) to an otherwise very nice place to stay.
