Peter was very friendly. Didn't meet Lisa - probably too busy cooking breakfast. The breakfast was good. Position was good, just a short walk to the town centre and beach. The room was comfortable with tea facilities and a skylight that would have given me a great view of the stars on a clear night.

The room was rather small, with no chair or surface to put my case - and no holder in the shower for soap and shampoo.

Fantastic little b&b Great location 10 min walk to pubs, restaurants shops and the sea front. Bus, train station and tesco's across the road. We parked on the side street, no problem parking. Peter is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was lovely. Brilliant fans over the bed, which was a god send in the attic room as it was so hot up there. Charlottes green house restaurant Ingrams fish and chip restaurant and Filey bird and animal park all fantastic. The sea views from the gardens are beautiful. I would recommend this b&b and we will definite be returning

Easy access to local amenities and seafront. Comfy bed and very clean. Convenient local roads parking.

Central location, easy level walk to town centre. Substantial breakfasts served promptly. Hosts Lisa and Peter always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom.

Ensuite a bit cramped, very small wash basin.

The very friendly staff. Brilliant breakfasts. Other very friendly visitors. And every else was all really really good.

Nothing bad at all.

En suite slightly awkward but managed fine. A glass or plastic beaker would have been handy in the room for overnight water save drinking from dirty teacup, but I borrowed one from the dining room on night 2

The breakfast is amazing and the beds are lovely and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming will definitely be returning for our next trip to Filey
