It’s balcony and accessibility to amenities
Not clean, CR is smelly and yellowish and some small cockroaches were seen

La résidence est loin de tout. Il faut un tricycle pour aller en ville. L'appartement est petit pour 4 personnes. Pas de linge de toilettes ni même de papier toilette. Le robinet de l'évier n'était pas fixé. La baie vitrée du balcon ne fermait pas à clé. Des ouvriers sur des échafaudages nous ont réveillés. L'ensemble de l'appartement est vétuste et sale. La résidence impose des règles très strictes ( interdiction d'accéder à la salle de sport si on n'est pas propriétaire, la piscine minuscule est payante)

The sink in the comfort room is clogged. The remote of the tv is not working due to dead batteries.

first of all we are expecting to stay in Summer 10th suite, after paying through booking.com, caretaker said it was fully booked and his boss forgot to update the booking.com so they offered us SMDC property. For us it is fine as long as we can sleep comfortably. the funny thing is we checked in around 4pm because we ate lunch first and after checking in they told us to check out the next day at 9am and if we exceed hours we will pay additional 200 per hour. we ask them if we can check out at 12pm but they did not allowed us. they dont comply according to the description of booking.com. Anyways if you guys are planning to stay in any of their condo dont trust because they give misleading information.

The location is within Tagaytay and very near groceries, restaurants and tourist spots
When we arrived at the condo the whole room had a stinky smell from the restroom. We had to open the door going to the balcony our whole stay because if not the bad smell will not go away

the unit is complete with utensils, cookware, tv and although the wifi is a bit slow. The location is good and quiet.
THE COUCh AND THE BED IS NOT COMFORTABLE, IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, SAME WITH THE PILLOWS AND LINENS. THE CARE TAKER SHOULD CLEAN THE COMFORT ROOM WITH SOAP PROPERLY.

No toilet paper provided, bathroom fixture was broken - the clothes bar on the bathroom wall. Maybe it also needs more hooks for hanging towels? Shower head and hose needs cleaning or replacement. Maybe provide extra bins? Next door guest was disgusting as they just left their food trash outside their door next to ours. Maybe someone from the administration should call their attention or have someone pick up trash?

I ❤️Everything!!! From the property owner Michael untill check out. its one of the best place to stay in tagaytay we should have stayed longer we will surely come back its a home away from home🏡keep up the good job!!!!

On page parking is available but its not. Its 1st come 1st served and they have an option to accommodate 5-6 guest so we booked for 1 night..but we we're surprised that the place was really really small that can't even fit our luggage and no space to walked.. this place only can accommodate 2-3 persons only. No towel provided. Not worth the price the owner is rude

The room was clean. Free available parking and staff were nice.
It was difficult to take a shower because the shower head holder was broken and it had poor water supply. Also, could have done better with the lighting. Lastly, kitchen utensils especially the plates and glass could have been atleast for 6 people because the room was for 6 but the plate set was only for 4.

We had a wonderful time, we slept comfortably and it's because of the overall vibe of the place. Also good that the swimming pool was well-maintained, another plus for this accommodation. The best part, we found a really nice place to stay where our pet dog is welcomed as well.

My mom and her friends really enjoy their stay. It's memorable to them. The manager is easy to talk to, she replies promptly and willing to help.

They have free parking and our pets are allowed. If we have no pets we will book another unit. The pine suites itself was pleasing to the eyes and good location.
The unit was just ok. The couch was kind of old with an old creaking spring bed. Always making sounds when you move from one side to the other. The bathroom was not that clean and there was an unpleasant smell. I hope they could improve the unit. If it wasn't for our pets we would have booked another place. There was no care taker too. We had to communicate through fb chat. But they accommodated our request for extra bed sheet even if it is already late. However, it could have been much better if they left an extra one for the lower bed since we booked this for 3 persons. But nevertheless thank you for hosting us, because they allowed our babies to stay.
