Charming apartment in a great location, close to the centre of Warwick. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and with everything you need. Having a parking space was a big plus point for us. The information sent to us about Warwick and recommendations on where to eat was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warwick in the future.

Only a small thing but we found the key very difficult to turn in the lock of the apartment door!

Apartment more than met expectations everything and more was available for us including iron hairdryers ,kitchen was fully equipped .Everywhere was very clean and modern bedding and soft white towels met 5 star hotel standards .Netflix as well a satellite TV so felt very at home .The location is not far from castle hiwever the area was very quiet. There is a supermarket within walking distance and resturant and Takeaways nearby too would recommend this property for a lovely relaxing place to stay that is also great value for money

Very convenient self catering close to Warwick Centre. We spent 3 nights as a family of 3 so worked well. Would chose something slightly larger if staying for a week.

The apartment is clean, modern and with all the required accessories to spend, in our case, a brief break without hassle. It felt like being at home.

The location of the flat was excellent: near to shops, and a canal walk. Easy to find, and to get into the centre of Warwick.

One light bulb in the lounge wasn't working. The couch was pretty uncomfortable; time to replace?

Loved the layout the location was great fresh & clean i visited my home town leamington spa & the area has improved so much lots to do in warwick wish i had more time would loved to of walked along the canal most probably will get to visit again

Lovely new flat and furnishings. Comfy beds. Lovely bathroom. Great location for the surroundings areas. Great TV access and wi fi. Big Tesco across road and great safe parking. Would stay again for sure.

The apartment was spotless. Beds were really comfortable & towels lovely & fluffy. Apartment was really modern and comfortably warm. Very quiet were we were allocated.

The only very very small niggle is that sofa was slightly uncomfortable

No Breakfast -self catering. Everything about the apartment was fine. The Tesco supermarket just behind the property was very convenient. And the position about a mile from the town centre meant easy access for sight-seeing and places to eat. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The built in fridge appears to lack airflow to the rear, which means it is running continuously. Apart from the noise of the motor, this must add considerably to running costs, and will shorten its life. Although a bit annoying, especially at night, our stay was still good.
