Lage war gut aber das war’s auch schon. Frühstück war okay, gekaufte Sachen vom Bäcker halt. Nichts frisch gemachtes. Aber gut es war okay.
Man ist in der Nähe vom Strand, da ist es normal das mit mit Sand dreckig ist und oft duschen muss aber es gab keine frischen Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt das sie nicht genug Handtücher haben um jeden neue zu geben und wir sollen sie in der Sonne zum trocknen legen.
Die Toilette hat Fenster nach draußen sodass jeder rein schauen kann. Oder man macht die zusätzlichen zweiten Fenster zu damit man nicht rein schauen kann aber irgendwie muss man ja die Toilette lüften, dann muss man die Fenster nach außen auf machen. Die Fenster sind aber so groß wie Türen, sodass jeder auch einbrechen konnte. Viel zu gefährlich offen zu lassen. Das selbe Problem war mit dem Zimmer. Um zu lüften musste man die Tür großen Fenster öffnen und weswegen es auch so nachts gefährlich war mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Aber anders ging es nicht, es war so stickig das wir kaum Luft bekommen hatten und uns tot geschwitzt hatten. Keine Lüftung, keine Klimaanlage, nichts.

Il personale è stato super disponibile, molto simpatici e gentili. La colazione ottima e servita su una bellissima terrazza! Nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene. Posizione ottima e ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo. Ringrazio Fatima per il suo benvenuto coloroso e per la buonissima colazione. Cominciare la giornata con il suo saluto sorridente è davvero un regalo!
Un po' più di attenzione nella pulizia. Per esempio le coperte dei letti erano molto impolverate ed essendo un pò' allergica mi procuravano del fastidio. Un'altra cosa è che avendo noi prenotato una camera "deluxe" pagando un piccolo sovrapprezzo avremmo sperato in una camera un po' più grande e magari con una finestra.

Personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile. Posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare. Abbiamo gustato un' ottima colazione marocchina sullo splendido terrazzo. Caldamente consigliato

Tout. Super emplacement dans une rue un peu isolé de la médina. Le riad est très beau, la terrasse sur le toit magnifique, la chambre est très comfortable. Super accueil

Mitten in der Medina =>Tolle Lage & einfach zu erreichen. Alles sehr ausgewählt und hübsch eingerichtet mit vielen Bildern. Es gab sowohl im Schlafzimmer, als auch im Bad ein Fenster und auch ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr geräumig.

The Riad is lovely and well maintianed and kept. The breakfast was a nice touch and my room was super spacious. The shower was lovely and the staff there are very kind and good natured.

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein Traum!
Auch die Unterkunft an sich & ihre Lage… wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
Die Zimmer sind absolut ausreichend, wir hatten ein Bad dabei & selbst wenn das Riad etwas hellhörig scheinen mag, so ist es uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt negativ aufgefallen.

Todo. El establecimiento es precioso. Al contrario de lo leído en los comentarios, la habitación estaba limpia, no era grande, pero suficiente. El baño es amplio. Nos tocó en la habitación de abajo, parecía que estábamos solas… No había ruido ni durante el día ni durante la noche. El desayuno era completo y el personal muy amable. Essaouira no es muy grande, pero el establecimiento está ubicado dentro de la medina y a 10-15 mins de cualquier punto de ella. Para nosotras ha sido una experiencia de 10.

La presenza ed il sorriso di chi ci ha accolto. Colazione abbondante.
Purtroppo la nostra stanza nonostante la pulizia degli spazi comuni era palesemente sporca. Il bagno lo abbiamo dovuto pulire noi e aveva una perdita importante di acqua dallo scarico con odori annessi. I muri indubbiamente trasudavano muffa. Siamo viaggiatori sportivi ed elastici ma a tutto c’è un limite.

Sluggish, hard to communicate with not only because they speak only french, but also because they are very disorganised, they refused to give me a receipt for the local tax I fully paid, they pushed me to check out because someone else paid them better rate. Breakfast is basic and the same everyday. I had to borrow toilet paper from a kind couple staying at the same hotel. Every single person I met complained about something especially not finding somone to talk to. I do not know where on earth thry get these positive reviewes !! Are they relatives and friends to boost the rate of the hotel !!?
No hot water, they even did not know about that, when I told them that I am getting ill because there is no heating in the cold room and no hot water they kept talking to each other for half an hour then came back to me with the weirdest response I have come across: (yes the water is cold) as if I needed their confirmation !!! There is nobody in the reception to talk to about any issues, including the noise coming from other rooms, no insulation, location wise there are many better hotels in the areas and closer to sea. They expect you to give up your holiday and stay at the hotel all your day to be able to catch the staff and check out or talk to them, I have taken many videos of the empty reception at many times, they just cant think wisely and do not want to hire someone to stay at the reception. Staff are all rude, the worst holiday I have ever had.

Great rooms. Spacious & clean. Big WC with an amazing shower. Hot water under pressure. Amazing after slumming it in cheaper accomodation. a little difficult to find without GPS the firt time but very easy after that. The staff are also amazing. Amel on the front desk is a star. She speaks excellent English and is super friendly and happy to help. I enjoyed it so much im going back in Jan. 9.9/10

It was simple but clean. You can see that the stuff takes care of the facility. Can not understand all those bad reviews. What do you expect for such an amount ? Clean bed, hot shower, good breakfast! No mold or visible damages in the room, quite rooms to sleep, as it is a bit outside of main Medina streets. Great!
As in all Essaouira humidity in the building, but it is pretty much the same in all town.

The Riad is located at the Old Medina, giving you easy access to all the touristic attractions (including the port) and the opportunity to refresh back at your room as often as needed. Moreover, its proximity to Bab Marrakech ensures you won't lose your way in the maze-like streets and keeps you close to an intercity bus station.
The place is still run by its founder and his dedicated long-serving staff. It offers a peaceful sanctuary from the city's hustle and bustle. We had a lovely time chatting with the staff during breakfast time and getting tips about how to get around. Staying slightly longer than the typical Essaouira visitor, we were impressed by the consistently high level of service and cleanliness throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, dependable internet, and a shower that provided ample water pressure and hot water whenever needed. Given the chance, we will definitely book here again.

I really loved the location of this Riad. As other people have said, it was still in the Medina but not in the busiest part of the Medina which was nice. Much more peaceful than other places. I felt like it was really good value for money and I would recommend it. The breakfast was good too, prepared by a lovely little lady working hard away by herself in the little kitchen on the terrace. Staff were so lovely.
