The only downside is that there isn't a pub within walking distance, you definitely need a car.

Beautiful setting and some stunning early morning dog walks without leaving the property! Kids loved the trampoline, pool and games room. Cottages are beautifully decorated and well equipped. Hosts very welcoming and we loved the thoughtful

The welcome, added extra touch. The hosts were lovely and got my Mum a birthday card waiting for her with chocolates. It was a beautiful setting with lots to do.

We loved our stay at Groom Cottage. It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities that we needed, the location was perfect as we were attending a wedding nearby.
A walk through the property and up in the fields is good for the soul!

we absolutely loved our stay here. the cottages are lovely, super comfy and very well equipped. the owners Juliet and Nick were amazing and helped us with any question we had. the welcome treats were also an amazing touch! all of us (including the doggies) had a fabulous time and we’ll definitely be back!
the only downside (and nothing against the property itself) is the location isn’t walking distance to anything so you do have to get in the car to get to a shop or pub.

Fabulous location, quiet, dark skies, lovely countryside with walks around the estate. Super generous welcome treats, we felt very spoilt, and the kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and condiments. Juliet could not have been more helpful.
We have no problems of any significance.
