Clean and spacious room. Had few nights stay

No lift

Resort feel and very cold at night. Understandable why ac is not installed. I can spend a day in the apartment just enjoying the environment 😊😊😊

For 3 bedroom apartment with this price we have nothing to complaint. Clean room and basic amenities are provided. So cold at night.

Cool all time, got farm nearby, kids play around with animals, small restaurants nearby 👌👌👌

No pool

Only the location was very good. Right next to Tanah Rata main activity center and market where all the famous eateries and stores are there. Walking distance to the main market.

Never before in Malaysia have we had a worse experience than here. Mainly for 2 reasons - the description of the house was absolutely inaccurate and the very obnoxious management. Firstly talking about description vs. reality: 1. The listing says and shows Greenhill Resort, but our apartment 1 km away in Prima Villa, a shoddy dirty colony 3. The photographs showed well equipped kitchen with microwave. No microwave given. Utensils basic, rundown 4. No garden view as in listing, instead big bus garage and a road. 4. Next to main road so very noisy. Buses starting in the morning another nuisance 5. Bathrooms poor quality. Small cockroaches. Only 1 bathroom out of 2 had instant water heater. Imagine if 8-10 people live there! 6. No lovely designer nets in bedroom like shown. 7. Most things in the house are old and rundown. Lamps broken, wobbly sofa, faded linen. TV with Njoi connection and remotes not working. Balcony door lock not working 8. No towels provided. No mention of that in the listing. So, we had to buy 9. In the bathrooms, bidet for WC unusable as more than arm's length away! A poor plastic mug was provided Finally the management was the worst ever. No consideration on anything. Just take it or leave it attitude. Came up with suggestion that if we move out they will refund remaining nights, but when we agreed, made U turn and refused. We wasted 2 hours in going back and preparing to check out. Completely callous attitude. They said at 3 pm they will send check-in details. Finally on reminding, they sent at 3.13 pm! Lastly, when we checked out they cancelled the booking probably because they didn't want me to write a review! I had to get my booking reinstated by requesting booking.com. No WiFi. No lift for 3rd floor apartment. I have asked booking.com for refund. Unbelievable that this place is listed on booking.com with 9+ ratings. I think they list in Airbnb too! The cost for 3 nights RM 1649.50, not worth it at all. Spoiled our whole holiday.

地理位置来讲的话真的没话说。还是需要驾车啦。房子是干净的。真的不需要冷气，长期迷雾。

就是要爬楼梯没有电梯

Feeling chill, although not provided as much as services like hotel but still get basic things for the stay
