Property location is a plus... its situated close to Supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. Was provided with additional mattress and pillows at no extra cost!

1. Toilet Spray gun in one of the toilets barely sprayed any water. 2. Water dripping from fittings in both attached as well as seperate bath room 3. Nobody bothered to clean the premises or change the Towels despite us having stayed at the property for 2 days 4. Parking to the premises is real bad for cars with low ground clearance, such cars will bottom out and will suffer damage. 5. Only 1 Power Outlet in Kitchen was operational. 6. Stone/Cement slabs which are the Entry to Parking in vacant plot opposite the building was broken. On one of my attempts to park my vehicle, the front wheel slipped into the drain. Fortunately, we were able to get the vehicle out. This is my 3rd time staying at Truelife properties and I'd like to say that Maintenance is the key to retaining customers. Poor maintenance will drive customers away.

Stay was very comfortable, as it is homestay so it feels like we are at our home. We came hear for Tirumala Visit. Property Manager (Dhanshekhar) arranges for food as well from nearby hotel. So totally satisfied, I recommend others to come over hear with family for stay. It is near to Padmavati temple just 2 km away. Mayur
