Perfect location, very clean, room is spacious

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location, and the amenities, like a fire pit, were nice.

The front desk staff was not present most of the time, the hallway smelled the entire duration, and I could never find anyone to tell. There was rotting trash in the can. The staff was not knowledgeable about the billing system, and I had to continue to ask them to please check again in order to get a receipt. They kept coming back with other answers simply because they didn't want to or possibly know how to do it. In the end, I was able to get the receipt, so it was doable.

It was a newer hotel and clean.

We had pre paid for breakfast but was charged again during our stay. It seems to be a common theme at this location. It just took more work on my end to dispute the charges.

Room was nice

They double charged me and when I asked they assured me it would be refunded. Now I try to call to get my second payment back and the phone hangs up on me

Check in was smooth and quick. Hotel room was clean and spacious. There were lots of restaurants and fast food around the area. Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area.

Hotel doors were locked after 10pm. Our room keys didn't work and no one was at the front door. We had to call the front desk person, who walked over from another building to open the door for us. Breakfast is not free.

The reason for some of my low scores was because I was woken up very early both mornings with what sounded like construction directly above our room. It sounded like running and a lot of furniture moving. When I inquired at the front desk I was told there was no construction, but nothing was done and then the same situation was repeated the second morning. I feel like I should have been compensated for some of this, but was not.
