- schwarzel Schimmel im Badezimmer - mehrere Stromausfälle - Spa war durchgehend geschlossen - Putzen mangelhaft - Einstellung vom Management (der General Manager brüllt mit seinem Personal rum, die agressive Führungsstil wird auch von den Sub-Managers übernommen und dies ist aber möglicherweise nötig um die nicht vorhandene Qualität aus dem Personal herauszuquetschen)

Stunning location in beautiful countryside but, although the closest we could find it is still quite far from MOPA airport

The well appointed bar area was closed, which would have offered a relief from the dining room. The food was excellent but the service very slow The staff seemed to be finding it difficult to get organised. Simple requests were not met

Overall, the property, the room, food, everything was amazing. Barely 10-15 minutes away from the mopa airport. However, travelling to most of the cafes seemed like a task. There seems to be a shortcut which we discovered on the last day, wish we knew about it earlier.

There’s no gym. Spa is good , although there is little scope for betterment and the cabs provided are really expensive, considering unexpected rains, people may want to opt for them but prices are exorbitant.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the ambiance was great. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner was also good Over all we had a great and relaxing time at the resort.

The location is brilliant. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well kept and tastefully designed. It overlooks this beautiful lake and mountains. I will surely visit again. BTW it’s very close to the Manohar International Airport.

What I like most is only the Restaurant people. their behaviour is very polite and all are very helpful. they took care of my child's food very much. they are very sweet people ( everyone was great)

The other staff, first reception ( I raised a request for early check and they charge me 30% of money), about the tariff I have seen they posted more on booking.com and less on Agoda. in which room I was staying I have been charged 5800 per night and same during check-out (weekend) in Agoda it was 3400+taxes). I asked for discount on very first day and he simply denied. Also while checking out I told them to bring my luggage from room, but after waiting so long no body turned in and atlast I need to carry my own luggage to my Car. except the restaurant people no one is supportive. This property is more focused on Airline people( they are their regular clients).

Location, amenities - many of them were not present as mentioned in booking.com,. So, please ask someone before booking. Food no much variety. Not worth for money. It's actually good for those who want stay away from all activities that happens usually in Goa. We need to depend on the resort persons for each and every thing, because of its location., Which increases the cost of stay much.
