The property is vast, spread over 40+ acres and has easy access to the beach. The rooms are nicely planned and offer good views of the greenery around. Taking a walk around the property was the best experience for us. Kids had a great time at Ollie’s Club, the staff at the club were very interactive and good with the kids. They really kept the kids engaged with activities. The breakfast was a good spread of mixed cuisines and we enjoyed some of the South Indian delicacies. Mr. Ajay and Mr. Rohit from the F&B and their team took good care of us. Indoor Games area has air hockey, table tennis and pool table. We spent some amount of time here. The outdoor games area for kids also was good to keep the kids occupied for sometime. The walk near the beach everyday in the evenings was also a good experience for us. We managed to see a few crabs, starfish and 1 jelly fish. Also rode on a jet ski. True to the quote at the Ollie’s club “let those who visit us as guests leave as friends”, my Kids were sad on the day of check out.

Combination of food in the Asian cuisine needs a relook, we would’ve been happier if you had some better options.

The property was nice and all, with regards to the location and the amenities

The person who was in charge of our stay, said that the drinks were on them while we were waiting for our room after the check in time so they were late in providing us the room and then when I checked out, I saw that the drinks they said were on them were billed on us. The rooms had a leaky wall problem when the AC was on, and the only solution to that problem was to switch on the AC at all times. The Italian restaurant that they have took 45 minutes to give us our pizza, and that too when there was no rush at the restaurant, which was very disappointing, as other families were getting there orders we were not. The in room dining menu were also not up to the mark, the items which were said were available around the clock were not, like tandoor roti. The house cleaning service were also not up to the mark, as the day we received our room, the room didn’t have any towels, the carpet was not clean. The sunken bath that they glorify was also just a waste of time. We asked them for the sunken bath(bubble bath) to be ready and when they did the level of water was just knee level and when we filled the bath with a good level of water, most of the bubbles obviously vanished. Overall if you want to spend such a huge amount of money on luxury don’t choose this ITC Hotel.

Very comfortable room and great gym. The Royal Afghan is good.

The hotel does not live up to 5 stars. The food was very poor especially at breakfast and the service was very disappointing both in the restaurant and in reception. The communal areas are shabby.

Lots of options for kids and adults to choose and spend a relaxing time with the family

The room iPad had an “web radio” issue which don’t get resolved for 3 days.

Nice environment to stay in for 5 nights

Room cleaner decided to knock on our door at 7am whilst we were a sleep to fill the mini bar ! We asked him to come back but he was persistent. We told him to go away and reported it to the hotel when we got up.

Very remote. No choice but to stay on site for all Meals etc. Television didn’t work for duration of stay. Booked a twin room and had 3 room changes until We finally got two beds. No paper towels or drier to dry hands in poolside toilets for duration. Constantly disturbed by staff ringing doorbell especially when due to check out.

Only had Breakfast at the place which had an excellent spread . All food groups well represented and the spread was extensive in terms of healthy options , fresh fruits , multiple cuisines etc. The live section catered to any fresh food item requirements one had . Overall a very satisfying gourmet experience.

if Provision for early check in is available at a nominal cost . Most flights land by 9:30 am and one is at the Hotel by 11:30 am . Waiting 3.5 hrs to get a room is a bit painful .

Anlage in Summe ist auf dem Stand von vor 10 Jahren, eine Renovierung scheint angemessen, zumindest in Teilbereichen. Teilweise wurde schon renoviert, auch geräuschintensiver bis in die Abendstunden....

Amazing beachfront property , south Goa is the best if you want to relax and rejuvenate. ITC is exceptional and I already miss their croissants !!!!!

Много индийской еды, но есть блюда менее острые. Ужины по системе все включено скудные, практически все индийское.

Perfect location. Facilities were first rate, everything you'd want. Fabulous pool and grounds and the beach only a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast can be a bit chaotic if you time it wrong

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices and vegan options were available as well. The resort is very well laid out. Lovely village vibe. Staff is excellent, very friendly, helpful and smiling.

Lack of hand towel rods in washrooms.

Magnificent hotel with a huge territory. The area is very beautiful, with lots of greenery and many stunning spots. You can simply enjoy strolling around the premises. The room is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The food is good and diverse. We had a great pleasure staying at this hotel.

In Morning breakfast 2 days I felt like God should save those Dosa counter and omlet counter staff. They will write order and they assure that they will serve on table.inspite of repeated requests they will forget . They are confused and careless. Very bad service at Dosa counter and omlet counter.

To many Mosquitos, cleanliness can be better, telephone connections can be managed better, baby food deliveries not given priority and guests have to dine at banquet hall for buffet(feels like you are attending a wedding) .

Under staffed. have seen waiting que to enter for breakfast and if you order anything it will take minimum 40mins to get it on your table. Rude staff members.

Large hotel complex, right on the beach. Delicious breakfast and food options in the hotel. Great facilities with multiple pools, and well set up for families with a playroom, and kids pool. Staff went above and beyond.

There were marriages on both nights when I was staying there with a lot of loud music. It would be nice if the other guests are alerted if there is a wedding taking place so we can decide whether to stay or not.

Beautiful Tranquil Resort over 45 acres of lush green with a beautiful beach. Loved the property and the facilities. The food was excellent, so was the service of the staff. Truly lived up to the Marriott Bonvoy Experience!

Location of the property is good .

Unaccomodative staff . Amit was site manager . He was also manning the counter . Multitasking was ruining the quality of the service extended to the customers . We booked one room for INR 24000 per night . There were mosquitoes inside the room . I asked for 2 queen beds but I was given one King bed . We had a very un comfortable sleep . Fruits platter was empty . We were not expecting this condition from ITC 5 star hotels . ITC needs to focus on extending quality service to its customers . I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone if he/she is paying room rent per night more than INR 8-9k .
