The property was great, very pretty, well maintained, very clean. Very beautiful view of the ocean. Pools & hot tub were nice. Only ran into 1 manager looking guy the entire time but he was nice and friendly. Never had to talk to anyone for any reason. Didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. Very short distance to Pier Park and lots of eating places near by.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the parking situation. The parking garage is nice and easy to navigate but very short for tall vehicles. It is also across the street with a walkway over the street so you have to walk you things quite a distance to the elevators. You can get one of those carts to help you but it is just farther than most places where usually you can just pull up right to the front door. It is just inconvenient when unloading and loading back up because of the distance.

The Balcony/view

Sheets were dirty, had to wash first thing. no extra trash bags, toilet paper,paper towels or dishwasher pods. Mold in the bathroom.

The overseeing rental agency ZIA. BETTER COMMUNICATION. Upon arrival, door code didn’t work. Fortunately, the housing owner association mgr got us in or we could have not been let in day one. after a day of flights, driving and grocery shopping, it could have been real bad. No one at the rental office was available. No wristbands or parking pass was left in condo. They had to be dropped off next day.Condo comes with two beach chairs as noted on the website. They were not in the condo. They excellent enough to buy two promptly and drop them off. Turns out, the blue and white ones on the beach set up each day are the ones we can use, just tell the attendant your room number. Again…communication. 4 digit code to get into pool area? Had to ask people using pool. Again….communication. Where to dump trash? East end of building, there is a chute. Again, not told ahead of time. Had to ask HOA. COMMUNICATION

Location was perfect.

ocean front beautiful views. everything was clean from the elevators to the walkways and pools. it was a very nice place to stay! and we loved that 2 beach chairs and umbrella was included in our stay!

Location. Location. Location. This property is on the beach. You can’t get any closer. Private lounging chairs on the beach are included with our entire stay. And, the master bedroom shower is amazing.
