Stunning luxury property set in lovely gardens overlooking Lake Como Brilliant, attentive hosts who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay at Villa Lina and at Lake Como - so accommodating - provided an amazing lunch for my husband when he spent a day on his own at the Villa ❤️ Beautiful well appointed rooms with a kettle! and nice toiletries and spa slippers Amazing breakfast (varied every day of our 4 night stay) on the terrace overlooking the Lake Welcomed our dog Happiest and loveliest cleaning lady ever Large hot-tub amongst the roses and hydrangeas Only 3 rooms so very exclusive but informal and relaxed Fantastic location…top sights within walking distance or via ferry station nearby

The Villa is set in a beautiful location, the views of the lake & mountains are simply stunning. The villa itself is not only immaculate but authentic, we felt we were getting a true Italian experience staying here. Lina & Alessandro are so warm & welcoming, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need not only whilst we were in the villa but Lina helped with restaurant reservations & made recommendations for places to visit. We paid for a boat trip, which I highly recommend, Alessandro’s local knowledge was brilliant, really interesting & made us feel like we were really getting to know the lake and its history. I can honestly say one of the nicest, if not the nicest, places I have every stayed - we did not want to leave! (My photos are of the views from my bathroom & bedroom windows!)

Lina and her husband was excellent hosts, she gave us a tour of the property, she made us homemade cookies, and prepared us a to go breakfast for us because we were checking out early before breakfast time. The property is very nice. We ferry our car over from Bellagio and drove the drove scenic view to the airport. I would definitely stay with Villa Lena if I come back to Lake Como.

the location of the property is wonderful, with views directly to the lake. the property was wonderfully restored, very nice interior design, minimalist, with a beautiful garden in front and parking facilities. the breakfast was diverse with salty and sweet options, good variety and healthy. the room is beautiful, the bed very comfortable, the shower is very big and inside the room, which gives a very nice and romantic touch of the room. I loved the bed sheets :) the owners are very nice and recommended us a lot of things to do in the area, we did also a boat tour with them and we enjoyed every minute of it.

The Villa and its surroundings are beautiful and the hosts Lina and Alessandro could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast is fabulous and eating out on the terrace with the stunning views of the lake make it easy to get out of the very comfortable beds in the morning.

The view! The hosters- Lina and Alessandro gave us such a cozy and magical feeling. The location was the most perfect one in Como lake- exactly in the middle. The breakfast was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable and everything was sparkly clean! We will surley return!

Lina and Alessandro were such great hosts. Genuine , helpful and they really made my stay wonderful. This is how a good bnb should be run. The villa is lovely. They have newly renovated and decorated. The bed! So comfortable. Thank you Lina and Alessandro for your hospitality. I will miss those days of having the sumptuous breakfast, looking out at the lake with wonderful records playing in the background :)

Where to start?! This was my first B&B and man did they give us top tier treatment. Let's start with our host's taxi driver waited for our arrival at the airport to drive us to Villa Lina where we were greeted by hosts Alessandro and Lina. To waking up to the most thoughtful and delicious breakfast. They always made our favorite Cappuccinos every morning. Lina & Alessandro were so generous and kind in our stay. Alessandro was so amiable and gave my fiancé and I a boat ride although it was getting darker just so we can experience Lake Como history. They also guided us to locations to eat as well for boat transportation. They were incredible and gave us so many memories to share back in the U.S. that always reminds us of them and the amazing time we spent there. A special shout out to Ingrid she was sooo amazing and always so helpful. Lina was a beautiful soul, she found out I didn't bring the correct connecter for my fiancés styling tool so she allowed her to use her own blow dryers. They really left a mark in our hearts. They made us feel like family and my fiance still can't stop bringing them up and always lets me know there is no one that can ever compare to Villa Lina. We can not wait to RETURN next yr! I 100% recommend the stay and experience Villa Lina provides. -K & C

To start with, it was one of the best hotel experiences in my vacation in Italy. Lina and Alicandro were very welcoming, friendly and humble. They helped us with reaching the villa, very warm welcome on our arrival and amazing recommendations for restrurants and activities. They have a full programme for their guests during summar. Lina prepare the breakfast herself. All of which makes you feel like at home. I would definitely recommend this place if you would plan to visit lake como. Thank you Lina and Alicandro for the lovely stay.

Breakfast was good but we would have liked croissants and fruit juice. They made us nice cappuccinos. Convenient to restaurants, local walks and ferry. Antique home and furnishings but well equipped and comfortable.

It was hard to find, even after we got to #24 as there are actually two #24 entrances and no sign saying Villa Lina. Coming in the direction from the church (with the water on your left) go past the first gate labeled #24, which is a pedestrian gate. There's a second #24 gate (with square stone pillars with statues on top) later in the same fence where you should be able to fit a small car if no-one else is parked there and be buzzed in. Then follow the drive up, past a large villa, until the end. Villa Lina, apparently once part of an estate that included it and the larger villa, has a round part that used to be storage and is now the kitchen (very cute). Signage and a little map would have helped.

My partner and I loved Villa Lina! What an incredible place. Lina and Ale were incredible hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For some context on why they are so awesome, my partner and I were there for a wedding and had traveled all the way from Seattle, WA. Although there were very few hiccups leading up to the wedding, the day before the wedding our steamer broke and we had no idea what to do. Since I had a suit--which, generally speaking, you should NOT directly iron--Lina was able to help me steam my suit using her industrial iron that could high steam. I could have never done it on my own. The next day, 15 mins before being picked up by a shuttle, the waistcoat of my vest got caught on a door and ripped the top two buttons off! I ran downstairs and Lina was able to get me a needle and some thread so I could quickly repair my suit. I got it done right when to shuttle arrived. The day we had to check out, we needed to leave really early in the morning. As we were walking out, Ale was already awake, there to make sure we had everything we needed and that he could make us some coffee before our drive back to Milan. This was not necessary, but he was so kind to do that for us. Villa Lina is a wonderful place in Lake Como. If you have the opportunity to stay here with such wonderful hosts, you should. My partner and I have already decided that we will go back to visit Italy in a few years, and when we do we will definitely go back to Villa Lina if we make it back ti Lake Como! Nice breakfast, good quality. Lina's delicious french toasts are a highligt. Charming villa with beautiful view from the room facing Lake Como. Impeccable room and bathroom. Excelent location. The kind and helpful hosts Lina and Alessandro are unforgettable.

The host and their Villa are both first class. Lina and her husband are best hosts. The property is very beautiful and the fragrance when you enter the villa was amazing and not to forget the views (one of the best). We will definitely visit again and stay for longer.

It's a stunningly beautiful, aristocratic setting, where you feel like a queen looking out the window at the beautiful lake and being treated like one by your hosts. Lina and her husband were very very kind, it was hard to leave them, I would have loved to stay here forever. They offered a very good quality, delicious breakfast, helped me with everything, were very friendly with the dog and of course with us. The surroundings are beautiful, close to the boat station, where we started our excursions. The bed was very comfortable, a real classic beauty in the whole room. Special shower in the room, we had a great time, would love to go back today.

All was excellent- starting from the estate - insane beauty around, luxurious view from the window of the room, perfect cleanliness in the room, very nice owners of the house, free parking, different breakfasts every day - the quality of the products is on top! Beds, pillows and mattresses Super comfortable and high quality. How nice to see that rarity when the owners care about quality!
