The house was the perfect size for our group of three. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the extra blankets and pillows were appreciated.

The outside area was not very inviting - the backyard was all dried up and full of weeds and rocks. We never used the hot tub because of this. There was a firepit, but no wood. Also, I had asked beforehand about the coffee maker and was told it was a drip machine, but it actually is a Keurig. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

It was spacious and came with everything you need! Very clean and kept up.

The only thing that wasn’t kept up was the hot tub, we got there and saw that it was turned off and needed to be cleaned.

The house was new and offered all of the top amenities. The owner's directions and information on the house were excellent.

The hot tub wasn't working properly. The remote for the TV had dead batteries and the backup batteries were dead. The coffee carafe had old coffee in it . A maintenance man showed up unannounced to repair the screen on the back sliding door. I thought this really odd as no one notified us any repairs were scheduled and all the sudden with me alone at te property a man was working on the back sliding door. He only identified himself when I asked what was going on and asked who he was. Very disconcerting.

I really love how far it is from the beach.... The house was very clean, the hot tub was very nice.... The beds were very comfortable... At night was very quiet Very accommodating..

The brick patio in the back yard....is nice but I would say maybe a safety hazard. It needs more gravel on top to level the whole thing.....or push all the bricks together..

.The hot tub was awesome..it could have been alittle hotter.watching free movies was great..I wish that their was events around town to do ..maybe come back at a different time of the year more like summertime may be an option..love all the deers that was hanging around..it would of been nicer to have a real fire 🔥 pit.

No events around town to do..had a hard time finding a good cup of coffee for my husband
