the people was very nice. and it was very clean .

the pool was closed and they had the exit to the beach blocked . we had to go down to the beach exit and pay to go to the beach.

It was very convenient having a full kitchen and more than one bathroom.

The advertisement stated there was beach access. There was not. There was construction between apt and beach that kept us from walking to beach. Had to drive to a public access parking and pay to park. Neither hotel next to apt would let you walk through their parking lot to access beach. It also stated that there was a swimming pool. There is a swimming pool but it does not have water in it so you cannot swim. The apartment was not the same as the one pictured on advertisement. It showed 2 outdoor sitting areas with chairs, one in front and one in back. Really there was no sitting area in front and two tables next to each other in back. We were told there would be internet and cable included. These never worked. Called to first day to report. We were told someone would be there in the morning to fix. No one ever came. We were sent a phone number to text. There was never a reply to the text. We called again to have it fixed. We were again told someone would be there to fix it and again nobody showed up. It was cold and the kids were in the apartment rather than outside, but unfortunately could not watch tv or get on the internet. The apartment was clean for the most part but the floors were not clean and there were still clothes and debris from other guests under bed. All these things made the stay very inconvenient and stressful on all of us. I do not feel like we received what we paid for and we are very unsatisfied with the service and would not recommend to anyone looking to enjoy their first vacation at the beach..

There is No access to the beach. The agent I spoke to when I called vacasa was very short and unfriendly. I was very close to canceling my booking because if her.

Booking.com didn't mention that the beach access was unavailable due to construction. You couldn't really even see the beach, especially from the room.

nothing at all. They had construction going on building a new condo facility, and I had to park across the road So I would not be in the way of the construction workers. The I had said that it was easy access to the beach I never saw the beach because there was no access to the beach and I was supposed to have an ocean view and Matthew was looking at a dumpster it was horrible and I would never recommend this day ever
